The paper provides an overview of the status of pesticide residues firstly, focus on the introduction of technologies of determination of the amitrole residues in water samples, summarizes the analysis of pesticide residues in samples of pre-treatment technologies technologies example Solvent Extraction(SE) Solid-Phase Extraction (SPE),and introduces the principle and Application of analytical techniques(GC,LC,LC-MS,GC-MS).China is the production and export of the first great honey. Honey is not only a direct use, but also a product of many materials. The ability of determination of Honey's harmful materials not only affected the product exports, and with many of the provisions related to the domestic food industry and consumer safety. The honey residues mainly included pesticide and additives. pesticide residue of the major sources is a bee in contact with plants.A high performance liquid chrom atography-tandem mass spectrometry method (HPLC-MS/MS) was developed for the analys is of am itroleres idues in honey products. The samples were extracted by 1% acetic acid 25% acetone for the honey samples,. followed by liquid-liquid extraction with dichloromethane. The samples were then cleaned up by PCX solid-phase extraction cartridge. The amitrole was determ ined and confirmed by HPLC-MS/MS. Quantitative analysis is done in the multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode and in the positive ion mode using two combinations of selected precursor ion and product ion transition for the compound. Limit of detections (LOD) of or below are 50μg/kg attained for the amitrole. The method showed good linearity(r>99%) for the am itrole. The results showed a linear relationship in the range of 10mg/L-200mg/L for am itrole. The average recoveries of the am itrole in the honey was than75%, The method is simple, efficient, sensitive, accurate.
