Palembus dermestoides(Fairmaire,1893) belongs to coleoptera tenebrionidae.It is not only warehouse pest,but also importance resources insect,have the very high medicine uses to use the value with feed,is a kind of resources insect of"cure the food to match the Palembus dermestoides" The paper dealt with Identify the characteristic and control of Palembus dermestoides(Fairmaire) the results were summarized as follows:1,Identify the appearance characteristic of Palembus dermestoidesAdult:the body is long 5-7 millimeter,long oval,in addition to ascend upper lip, antenna,foot and stomaches facing the palm tree brownly,the rest is a black or black brown.11 sections of antenna,1-4 sections of bottom antenna are smaller beads form, 5-10sections of antenna are bigger,flat bead form,the antenna writes to living the white and short hair.The sheath wings are long 4-4.4 millimeter,breadth 1.4-1.7 millimeter,the sheath wings two near parallelism of the side good luck,bitter end narrow circular,under the sheath wings exterior and the empress good lucks hang inside fold.The foot side is flat.Slightly longer than belly of chest,the chest and belly stomach planks have small engrave to order and white and short hair.egg:long 0.8-0.87 mms,breadth 0.25-0.3 mms,long cylinder form, shallow ivory.young insect:long 8.1-9.3 mms of body,the head and the hip stanzas are brown,a machine is black brown,win the chest contain a rightness of air valveses.Pupa long 5-7 mms hazel the male insect contain a rightness of milky convex,the insect of thefemale insect have no.2,Comparative Analyze on POD and EST of Palembus dermestoidesPOD isoenzymes and EST isoenzymes of several species in tenebrionidae leach (Palembus dermestoides,tenebrio molitor linne,gonocephalum retrculatum motschulsky) were analyze by using vertical slab page.The result showed that the zymogram was clear and stable.The different species had its own distinct zymogram.The POD and EST isoenzymes could be used as an important molecular mark for the reseach on the systematics of tenebrionidae leach.Though similarity factor comparison proved that inter-species difference were very significant.And that individual difference in same species also existed,but it is smaller than inter-species difference.The peroxidase isoenzymes and esterase isoenzymes of palembus dermestoides at different developmental stages and polymor phism.The results showed there are significant differences in the number of band pattern,migration r- ate,strength of enzymic activity (depth of band dyeing),the enzyme content(w- idth of enzymic band)and quality of enzyme from Gonocephalum reticulatum mbst- schulsky in different stages(nit,grub,pupa,imago) and between grubs(1-5 age).Explored esterase and peroxidase in the palembus dermestoides onto genetic process and the relationship itself,to be coleoptera carabidae insects in species identification,geneticvariation,species evolution and phylogenetic studies,such as the provision of scientific references.3,The vegetable sponge influence to Palembus dermestoidesUnder the condition that factitiousness creates the uniform environment studying the vegetable sponge immerses to lift the liquid to hatch from eggs the rate to the ocean insect, not corresponding period of the egg,the old and familiar young insect is heavy,weight of pupa,weight of adult,life span.Result enunciation:use the vegetable sponge leaf the ocean insect that 20 liquids feed old and familiar the young insect is most heavy,showing the high check against in the blank,the vegetable sponge caulis 20 liquids are most light,showing the low check against in the blank;use the vegetable sponge leaf 20 liquid the ocean insect young insect that hello keep period the most long,check against with blank to make no difference, keep the ocean insect young insect with the vegetable sponge caulis 20 liquids,the vegetable sponge caulises 40 liquids,the vegetable sponge caulis 160 liquidses hello the period is most short,checking against the difference with blank.4,Study on Developmental threshold and effective accumulated temperature of Palembus dermestoidesDevelopmental durations of palembus dermestoides(Fairmaire),were determined under five constant temperatures of 25℃,28℃,30℃,32℃,35℃.from above,develo-pmental threshold and effective accumulated temperature(EAT) of palembus dermestoides(Fairmaire) for each developmental stage were calculated.The result sho-wed that developmental threshold and effective accumulated temperature(EAT) of Palembus dermestoides(Fairmaire) for each developmental stage were calculated.The result showed that developmental threshold and eat of egg,larva,ma-le pupae,female pupae and one generation were 7.2348℃and 183.0089 day-degree,20.0474℃and 1530.3430 day-degree;18.8418℃and 107.1455 day-de-gree,11.4534℃and 103.4622 day-degree;24.0931℃and 126.83378day-degr-ee ;22.7894℃and 178.8353 day-degree respectively.
