Bagging was a kind of effective culture measure to decrease pesticides residual and to produce high wade pome.The research of fruit bagging on pear was not perfect:the quality of pear-bag products didn't fit criterion on one hand;the research on fruit development and cold storage was not perfect as well.In tackling these questions above,some research was given in this paper.124 types of bags from 19 production companies in 5 provinces were identified and selected in this study,the results showed that:bag size matched with the fruit size.soft iron wire was fixed on one side of the bag mouth,light transmittance<10%,weight of outer bag was between 35~45g/m~2,fruit bag accorded with the four items standard was considered the high quality bag.Daily variations of temperature,humidity,light intensity on the surface of different color-pear fruits with different bagg-ing treatments were tested.Vc was measured by means of 2,6-dichloro phenol-indophenol titration,the contents of titratable acid,the pulp hardness and fruit weight on average et al in 'Hosui','Dangshansu','Hongxiangsu' pear fruits using alkali means,GY-1 sclerometer et al.Content variations of chlorophyl-a,chlorophyl-b,carotenoids,anthocyanin of contents during 'Hosui' pear pericarp development were carried out as well.In order to study the effect of bagging on 'Hosui' pear fruits exterior quality, variations of chlorophyl-a,chlorophyl-b,carotenoids,anthocyanin of contents during 'Hosui' pear pericarp development were carried out by using D-6 type of bag.The results showed that,the 94%content of chlorophyl-a was suppressed by bagging treatment, meanwhile,75%content of chlorophyl-b and 79%content of carotenoids were restrained, but the anthocyanin content was 33%higher than CK.In conclusion,the bagging treatment improved the background of coloration,the appearance of bagged fruit looked brighter than control.But the soluble solids with bagged was lower than CK.Fruits of pear cultivars 'Hosui','Dangshansu','Hongxiangsu' pear fruits were used as materials for studying the daily variations of temperature,humidity,light intensity on the surface of different color-pear fruits with different bagging treatments during fruit development.These three kinds of pears were used for studying the inherence(total soluble sugars,deoxidize vitamine C,the hardness values,the content of titratable acid,stone cell contents,weight per fruit,esculent percent ) and appearance qualities(chlorophyl-a content,chlorophyl-b content,carotenoids content,anthocyanin content ) after 30 days in cold storage.The results showed that the D-6 bagging treatment was the best among of the 10 types of bags on 'Hosui' pear fruits in cold storage;the D-7 bagging treatment was the best among of the 10 types of bags on 'Dangshansu' pear fruits in cold storage;the D-2 bagging treatment was the best among the 10 types of bags on 'Hongx-iangsu' pear fruits in cold storage.
