China's feed industry has developed rapidly recent years.However,lack of feed resources,low product quality is increasingly prominent.Thus,the development of new feed resources to increase the amount of feed production,feed quality are very important.This paper is based on a practical point of view,combined with innovative experience.Based on the complex agent which made of Aspergillus niger,Aspergillus oryzae,Candida utilis and Bacillus subtilis,I carried out research on the process of sunflower powder disk protein feed bio-fermentation.This test systematically studied protein changes in solid-state fermentation for a single strain,mixed fermentation for different strains.The optimum fermentation inoculum size, fermentation time,fermentation temperature and fermentation material thickness are confirmed by single factor and orthogonal experiments which focus on the effects of different nitrogen resources on the fermentation protein product.Pilot tests are carried out in five of the former county farm,Bayannur League in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and verified the effects of fermentation feed on the milk yield of cows.The experiment shows that the yeast Candida,Aspergillus oryzae,Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus niger,according to the ratio of 1:1:2:1 vaccination,1.5%of the inoculum added to the solid fermentation medium after 48h of fermentation,is the best condition for the highest crude protein content,getting the preliminary view that the three above strains in the fermentation process has a synergistic effect.Single-factor and orthogonal experiments confirmed that the optimum nitrogen source for fermentation is urea,adding 1.5%.30℃, training material for 50%water,natural pH value,48h of cultivation,are the best fermentation condition for a higher crude protein.Dairy cow feeding study showed that replacing some extract feed for fresh fermentation feed can effectively improve roughage intake and increase the milk yield averagely up to 1.6 kilograms for each cow.Considering many advantages of this process such as low-cost resources and equipment,high bio-protein feed production,simple technology,and it has highly economical and social benefits and is a very effective way to manufacture feed for areas abundant in sunflowers.
