In this paper,it rapeseed fields herbicide amine-methyl benzene easy to have injury problems of corn,used a combination of indoor and biometrics field trial,Studied the vitacat protection corn to exempt the ethametsulfuron injury function and the mechanism, The results are as follows:1,using water culture in a different concentrations of indoor vitacat antidote to the effects of ethametsulfuron,and dealing with different concentrations of ethametsulfuron under vitacat soaking the growth of maize,The results showed that::vitacat soaking in the concentration of 0.0001-0.01 mg/L range,but the varying degree alleviates ethametsulfuron to corn's injury,when vitacat concentration of 0.01 mg/L,has the best antidote effect,With 0.01 mg/L vitacat soaking,to varying degrees ease 0.0001～0.1mg/L of ethametsulfuron to inhibit the growth of maize..2,In ethametsulfuron proceed to the next,vitacat soaking corn seedlings on the GSH content and improve the vitality of GST obviously,When ethametsulfuron concentration of 5μg/kg and 10μg/kg,GSH levels were increased by 1.14 times and 1.11 times,while GST activity increased 1.40 times and 1.35 times;In vitro conditions,ethametsulfuron of corn seedlings strongly inhibit ALS,Join vitacat,to a certain extent,reduce the corn seedlings ethametsulfuron ALS inhibition,but no significant role.In the vivo conditions, ethametsulfuron of corn seedlings inhibit ALS,adding vitacat,can greatly improve the vitality of corn seedlings of ALS.3,vitacatv indicated to the ethametsulfuron disintoxicating effect pot experiment result:Vitacat can protect maize from transplanting 0.1～20μg/kg ethametsulfuron harm, However,When the ethametsulfuron opium density is 20μg/kg,it can't alleviate ethametsulfuron to corn's chemical damage,at this point than water control 18.4%lower ear length,100-seed weight decreased 40.8%,to seed the lower rate of 18.2%,single-grain weight decreased 29.2%.
