This research selects 6 different type of CMS lines(WA,IN,Gang,D,K,DA), and 005,132,471,379,388,389,478,Mi Yang46,Ming Hui63,EnHui 58 r-lines, uses the incomplete diallel crossing to match 100 combinations.Planting hybrid combination and the parent and determinating rice milling and appearance quality. Each item of rice traits and the hybrid combination rice quality character and the parent rice quality character's relations are studied by the Statistic Analysis System of the USA(SAS).The main conclusions are as follows:1.Hybrid combination's rice milling quality and appearance quality character's heterosis resides between the parents and deviating the high value parent,their superiority not to be obvious,but has certain average superiority and the competitive advantage.In the head milled rice rate character,in six kind of CMS line's IN,D,Khas the good heterosis.In the chalkness character,in six kind of CMS line's IN,D,DAhas the good heterosis.2.Hybrid combination's rice milling quality and appearance quality's hereditary change important source does mutually between the male-sterile line as well as the male-sterile line and the r-line,besides the length and breadth compared to the character,other various characters' special combining ability genotype variance's proportion is bigger than 50%,the milling quality and the appearance quality various characters heredity the gene additive and the nonadditivity effect influence,plays the leading role by the nonadditivity effect.3.In the head milled rice rate character,in six kind of CMS line's WA,IN,Gang general combining ability are best,and IN special combining ability is best.In the chalkness character,in six kind of CMS line's IN,D,DA general combining ability are best,and WA special combining ability is best.4.Through to the female parent,the male parent and opposes the F1 technical progress factor analysis mutually,the female parent genotype variance does in the milling quality and appearance quality various characters compared to the male parent to the general combining ability variance contributes in a big way. 5.Hybrid combination's rice milling quality and appearance quality various characters' generalized hereditary capacity is bigger than the narrow hereditary capacity far,thus indicated that these character nonadditivity heredity the function is prominent,by the male-sterile line,the r-line immediate heredity gives the hybrid the ability to be weak,is big the environment and the cultivation condition's influence.6.In summary,in the breeding process,screening rice milling quality and appearance quality good male-sterile line and the r-line matches the group to be able to improve the hybrid rice the milling quality and the appearance quality, simultaneously,the environment and the cultivation condition is not allow to neglect to hybrid combination's influence.
