Super absorbent polyers(SAP) has been used in agriculture,because of their excellent characteristics of water-holding capacity.SAP is widely used in water-saving agriculture.SAP could reduce water loss,and maybe,influnces rhizosphere microorganisms.There has been concern about the potential for PAM to affect microbial ecology.We run a study applying SAP to farmland which was the base of '863' water-saving agricalture in Yuzhou and monitored its impact on rhizosphere microorganisms of wheat roots.In this study,SAP was applied by two manners,one was applying SAP in single year,and other was for two years.There three SAP treatments,contral,45kg/hm~2 and 60kg/hm~2.The experimental crop was Zhengmai 366,and during the experimente there was no inrrigation.By detecting the number of rhizosphere microorganisms of wheat,we found the effects of SAP on rhizosphere microorganisms of wheat roots.Conclusions were as follows:1.Applying normal amounts of SAP in single-year,the amounts of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes increased.Compare to contral treatment,the biomass of rhizosphere microorganisms were more in jointing,booting and ripening.In these stages,the amounts decreased in booting and increased in ripening.2.In the treatment with applied 45kg/hm~2 SAP in the before year,applied SAP could increased the biomass of rhizosphere microorganisms.The amounts of the treatment with 45kg/hm~2 SAP in ripening and the reatment with 60kg/hm~2 SAP in booting and ripening were higher.The biomass of rhizosphere microorganisms decreased in booting and increased in ripening.3.SAP was applied for two consecutive years,biomass of rhizosphere microorganisms was no different to the treatment with applied SAP in a year,while bateria,fungi and actinomycetes Increased or decrease in different stages because of defferent manners of appliying SAP.4.In our assay,it indicated that,rhizosphere microorganisms in SAP treatments had the characteristic of time-variability.
