Effect Of Selenium To Serum Trace Elements, Growth Hormone And Antioxidant Enzyme Of Periperative Sheep

20 sheep were divided into 4 groups.They were Local Anesthesia Controls,Local Anes thesia&Antioxygen,Pantanesthesia Controls and Pantanesthesia&Antioxygen.The Sodium Selenium were injected to the sheep of Pantanesthesia& Antioxygen and Anesthesia& Antioxygen one week before the rumen fistula operatited. The venous blood samples of the sheep were taken at one week before (T0),preanesthesia(T1),1hour after incision(T2),6hour after operation(T3),12hour after operation (T4),1day after operation(T5),2day after operation(T6),3day after operation(T7),5day after operation (T8), 1week after operation(T9), 2week after operation(T10),3week after operation (T11),4week after operation (T12) separately. Trace elements Cu, Zn, Fe,Mn,Se ,GH and the changes regularity of related T-SOD, CuZn-SOD,Mn-SOD,GSH-Px,OH·and NO in blood serum were tested by the corresponding detection methods. The data were analysed by the statistical way.The results showed that :1 The different degrees of variation were occurred on the trace elements and antioxidant system. The changes of growth hormone and the antioxidant level were fluctuating with the content of the Se in organism.2 The significant changes after operation of GH were showed the stress status of the experimental sheep. The significant changes of serum GH levels, T-SOD, Cu/Zn-SOD, Mn-SOD, GSH - Px, OH·and NO activity were showed after operation (P <0.01), The changes of the two antioxidative groups were more mitigate than those of the other groups.And those two were recovered earlier.3 The significant changing were in trend of the four in trace elements, but the antioxidant groups and the non-antioxidant groups were not obvious. The control of preoperative were showed that serum Se, Mn were increased and significant changes (P <0.05),serum Zn, Fe were lower and significant changes (P <0.05), serum Cu concentration was not significant (P> 0.05).The antioxidant capacity of the body was significantly enhanced after the Sodium Selenium injected.The activation of T-SOD,Cu/Zn-SOD,Mn-SOD and GSH-Px in antioxidant groups was higher than the corresponding Controls and significant changes (P<0.05). And the changes of the content of OH·and NO in organisms were inverse and significant changes (P<0.05). It showed that there was a regular inner link between the oxidant defense system and Se concentration. It was found that proper Sodium Selenium injected before operation was effective for strengthenning the antioxidant abilitiy and promoting recovery.Statistical results showed that: Correlative coefficient of Se vs Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,T-SOD,Cu/Zn-SOD,Mn-SOD,GSH-Px,GH respectively was -0.341,0.570,0.660,-0.547,0.864,0.836,0.789,0.850,0.826。...
