Male Sterility Inducing By FW-450 And Its Effect On Physiological And Biochemical Characteristics Of Pepper

Capsicum was a very important Vegetable crop. The value of nutritional and economic were all very high. The capsicum had the remarkable heterosis. This production of Hybrid F1 used the artificial pollination and the male sterility. The existence of this two ways had many shortcomings This required a lot of work and the hybrid is very difficulty in the purity of variety guaranteed ; the cycle of the male-sterile line extension nurtures was too long ;the natural R-line are few and it was sensitive in the external environment.In order to explore the new way in using capsicum heterosis , this experiment took many capsicum high generation of inbred line as a material. we researched Capsicum's pollen had killed the male medicinal preparation by chemical hybridization agent FW-450 and the influence of soluble sugar, starch,soluble protein,praline,leaf chlorophyll and so on in leaves and pollens. capsicum were rearched killing the male mechanism by FW-450. we discussed chemistry hybrid medicinal preparation FW-450 to induce the different heredity background capsicum male sterility effect.The result indicated:1. FW-450 had the good induction capsicum male sterility ability.In under 0.5% density processing,the trial of 7 capsicum variety sterile rate was more than 98% completely,Majority of variety male sterility rate achieves 100%。2.The different genotype was different of sensitivity for FW-450.During the different variety sterile rate had the remarkable difference under identical dosage processing, the most economical and the effective dosage of FW-450 was 0.3%.3.Using the FW-450 was caused the capsicum leaf chlorophyll content to drop obviously, it causes one of capsicum leaf chlorophyl reasons.4. After using FW-450, we reacheed proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein content obvious ascension in capsicum's leaves.5.After using FW-450, the proline and anther proline content was reduced obviously in flower bud and Metabolism disorder causes the male sterility occurrence.6After using FW-450, it Caused disorder of Metabolism for dissociation praline,soluble protein and soluble sugar,s in the capsicum anther,so it causes the male sterility occurrence .
