| This research, based on three perennial forages (Bromus ciliatus, Bromus inermis and Bromus ircutensis) is aimed at providing suitable high drought resistance and salt tolerance seeding materials for the cultivation and the suitable forage with lawn planting and resowing for drought and salt-stricken areas by evaluating the index of drought resistance and salt tolerance through the response of drought and salt. In this research, the collecting of wild plant materials is in Zhengxianglanqi, Keshiketengqi of Inner Mongolia. The results of the research are as follows:1. Under the drought, 7 material's drought resistance was different in seed germination and seedling. Overall evaluation of drought resistance of 7 materials was: the drought resistance of wild Bromus inermis in Zhengxianglanqi and Bromus ciliatus in Keshiketengqi is high; the drought resistance of wild Bromus ircutensis in Zhengxianglanqi, Brudzynska Bromus inermis, Bezenchukii Bromus inermis is medium; Bromus ciliatus 9708 and wild Bromus ircutensis in Keshiketengqi is low.2. Synthesizing the seed germination, seedling and saline alkali soil of 7 materials, the salt tolerance was: the salt tolerance of wild Bromus ircutensis in Zhengxianglanqi and Bromus ciliatus 9708 is high, the salt tolerance of wild Bromus ciliatus in Keshiketengqi, wild Bromus inermis in Zhengxianglanqi and Bezenchukii Bromus inermis is mediu; wild Bromus ircutensis in Keshiketengqi and Brudzynska Bromus inermis is low.3. Wild Bromus ciliatus in Keshiketengqi and Bromus ircutensis in Zhengxianglanqi both were perform well in drought resistance and salt tolerance evaluation.4. The suitable evaluating index of drought resistance and salt tolerance in seed germination was: relative germination index and relative vigor index. Relative proline content was the suitable evaluating index of drought resistance of Bromus inermis in seedling. Relative MDA content and relative activity of POD was the suitable evaluating index of drought resistance of Bromus ircutensis in seedling. The suitable evaluated index of salt tolerance in seedling was: relative water content and relative conductance rate. |
