In this study, we are researching and analysing the improvement of water quality of surface runoff on the different landwoods in Jinyun moutain,. To study to determine the key factors of impacting the changes of water quality, comparing with the differences on surface runoff between coniferous forests and mixed conifer, in order to determine a better pattern of pinus massoniana. Carrying on three different: mixed conifer, broad-leaved mixed forest and natural enclosure, combining with pure control as the contrast and precipitation as water quality evaluation, we are evaluated the water quality of surface runoff and underground runoff of those.Analysing the circulation of the flow and the changes of concentration on water qualityvalues for pH,electrical conductivity (EC),K+,Na+,Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Zn2+,Cu2+,NO3- -N,Cl-,SO42-,TP,DO,BOD,CODcr were varied from the surface runoff to the underground runoff. In water quality assessment, BP neural networks, analysis and synthesis of single-factor index of water quality evaluation of different methods, the general evaluation of the results were consistent。Underground runoff is the best, precipitation is in the middle, surface runoff is the worst, where the underground water to meet standards for ClassⅠ, the atmospheric precipitation water standards for ClassⅡ, surface water runoff for the standards for ClassⅢ; During surface runoff of patterns for the three different models, mixed conifer is the best, natural enclosure is the middle, broad-leaved mixed forest is the worst. On the impact of water quality, mixed forest of coniferous mixed forest is the best, followed by natural enclosure, the worst is broad-leaved mixed forest. For the underground runoff, the patterns of three different models areⅠ-type water standard, and the results evaluation of BP neural network and general index is concerned.
