It has been the agreement for all people that 21^st century will be the times of agricultural information.Strengthening the statistics of agricultural information and improving the quality of statistics data and information service level,it is an important mission of sustaining the management and decision and accelerating the development of agricultural and village economics for serving agriculture,village,and farmer.The 21^st century is the times of information economics,science,technology and information are the sustaining point.Modern agriculture and information agriculture will be further developed with the application of bio-technology and information technology in agriculture.Agricultural information system,as the carrier of agricultural information technology,has the more and more important function for developing agriculture steadily and effectively.Therefore,in order to exert the function of agricultural information system in agricultural producing,it has the practical meaning for improving development of agriculture to study the management mode of agricultural information system.As a whole,agricultural informatization is not recognized enough,and the agricultural information is blocked.Jilin province is a big agricultural province,also is the main district of food production,however,the income of farmer was not increased with the foison.The low price of grain,increasing production without increasing income,it has been the main problem for country economics of our province.Study didn't parallel with application,agricultural informatization was low. Therefore,study of development of agricultural informatization should be strengthened so that we can find the best mode of agricultural informatization,the final objective is to improve the development of agriculture and country economics in jilin province.1.This study was guided by system engineer,the basic method and exoteric of different sciences including agriculture,statistics,bionomics and so on.Agricultural resource data,special data(variety data,soil data,atmospheric data,and country economic information),and internet agricultural information developed were widely collected,and were further standardized and normalized to build the multiple media agricultural information management system with the attribution data,picture data, internet resource.The browser/server mode&web-based agricultural information management system(WAIMS) with the functions of information collection,query, analysis,calculation,prediction and maintenance was developed by utilizing the net computer program language.By using the safe security technology of B/S mode based information system,a complete new role-based safe manipulating model of information system was introduced into the agricultural information management system to establish integrated function for safety control.This technique provides a forceful security for safely using the agricultural information management system. Thereinto,to ensure the data unique and convenient for share purpose,the united criteria and norm were established among diferent types of agricultural resource data. The data structure type was built for the photograph data,the international calculation criteria were adopted for the numeric data,the specific file table and file explanation was established for the text data,the date express type was established for the date data,and the definition of any specialty words and phrases was kept consistent.2.By using the safe security technology of B/S mode based information system,a complete new role-based safe manipulating model of information system was introduced into the agricultural information management system to establish integrated function for safety control.The agricultural database frame was founded according to the distinction,complication and seasonal character of the agricultural production and the diversity of demands from the different application systems to the agricultural information.The agricultural database includes three types information: environment and resource information,agricultural science and technology information,country economic information.The agricultural resource and environment information includes soil resource,zone summarization and meteorological resource.The social economic information includes country economic information,agricultural material market information and natural calamity information.The agricultural science and technology information includes variety information and crop production management information.
