Various heredity is the core of the bio-diversity that determin the other respects of bio-diversity,it is the essence of announcing bio-diversity on the aspect of molecule.The hereditary diversified research approach has been fast growing in the world in the past 10 years, the main means is using because of the DNA mark method.This research mainly utilizes the RAPD(expand and increase attitude DNA at random) molecule mark research approach,the hereditary variety of resource carries on research to one kind of qualities of Siberian apricot within the territory of Jilin Province,aim at further carrying on research to the bio-diversity of wild apricot resources of Jilin Province from the molecule level,the purpose is to prove theoretically its resource variety is very abundant;Utilize characterized RAPD mark,announce its hereditary variation,establishes the foundation that the resources of the apricot will be further investigated in the future.The main result of study is as follows:1.Utilize and guide more than 16 attitudes selected in the thing and guide the thing from 10 bases at random,amplify to taken from the resources of 31 wild Siberian apricot from the different areas within the border of Jilin Province.124 DNA bring are appean and 112 of many attitude DNA bring among them,many attitude location up to 90.32%.Each guide figure that DNA that thing amplifies bring 7.75 on average.Two resources have amplified out more than one characterized RAPD mark.2.Use Jaccard genetic distance to study the 31 Siberian apricot finger print of the RAPD, compute resources between the genetic distance,the results show that the West No.three and the West No.seven of genetic distance minimum which is 0.2459;Siberia Chuizhi apricot and the No.one of Bao from the largest to 0.6479.Through the weeping Siberia Chuizhi apricot RAPD finger print analysis showed that the Siberia Chuizhi apricot is a specific resources.3.Cluster from the map,we can see that type of ecological zones or similar to the same kind of genetic resources from the more recent,it may be the same as the origin of these resources that have the same or similar blood relationship.4.Packets from Baolawendu resources are the 16 points in the five groups,from the theory that a further package Baolawendu are virgin forest in Siberia apricot is a high degree and miscellaneous groups,the table-diversity and genetic diversity are very rich and consistent.5.Resources of a single package,because not only with other resources in the form of other shapes,also has strong resistance that the resources of wild Siberian apricot is the excellent variation.This result of study can be appraised for one kind of qualities of wild Siberian apricot in Jilin Province resources,appraise and further construct the hereditary chain atlas of Siberian apricot,molecule mark and assist the cloning etc.and establishing the foundation of breedings, important gene.
