| Precious fungi that can be used for both edible and medicinal purposes. Hericiumcaput-medusae(Bull:Fr.) Pers.which belongs to the genus Hericium is a unique product of Chaigbai Mountain in Jinlin Province.Based on the research achievements before,we made a further study of chemical composition both in the fruiting body and fermentation broth of Hericiumcaput-medusae.The fungi in genus Hericium is delicious and nourishing,which is containing many amino acids,vitamins and trace elements.Also,they are of great value in medicinal aspect.The research results showed that Hericium is the edible fungi of high protein and low fat.So far,research reports on Hericium have focused mainly on polysaccharides components at home and abroad.Proved by physiology and pharmacological experiments,the fungi in genus Hericium have many functions,just like restraining cancer,improving immunity,reducing blood pressure and blood sugar, and so on,while information of chemical components were relatively less and not depth.At the same time,modern medical and pharmacological researches showed that Hericium have remarkable efficacy on restraining tumor,resisting inflammation, anti-aging and arresting oxidization.So it is of great realistic significance to carry out in-depth study of chemical components in H.caput-medusae.Normal phytochemistry methods combining with advanced instruments and apparatus were applied in the experiment,such as organic solvent extraction,two phase solvent extraction,silica gel column chromatography and crystallization.We used different methods together with Mass Spectrometry to perform comprehensive analysis chemical components both of fruiting body and fermentation broth of H.caput-medusae.As a result,some new elements were extracted from different periods fermentation broths.So,it was really a new achievement of Hericium studying.In addition,we used SEF extraction technology,combining with GC-MS, isolated and identified 27 compounds from the fruiting body of Hericiumcaput-medusae.Further more,it was the first time of isolating and identifying 28 compounds from different periods fermentation broths of H.caput-medusae,as well as making a comparative study of their structures.These results not only make cnemical compositions in H.caput-medusae more abundant,but also serve as groundwork for the pharmacological researches on H.caput-medusae in the future.In conclusion,we did some fundamental work in studying the chemical compositions in the fruiting body and fermentation broth of H.caput-medusae.Our results provide theory basis for correctly evaluate the medical value of H.caput-medusae,add to new contents to the pharmaceutical range of H.caput-medusae,and make the basis for new medicine exploitation from H.caput-medusae. |
