Abstract/Summary:
The vegetative yield of 3 barley varieties and 2 wheat varieties and the nutritional quality difference of the seeding powder were studied. And the change of the nutritional quality kept at different temperature. The result were as follows.(1) There were great differences between the vegetative barley yield. The vegetative barley yield of barley cultivar exceeded the one of wheat varieties, up 26.5%. The vegetative barley yield of Dafu No.1 was the most in the barley cultivars. In the cutting period, the vegetative barley yield of the second period was the highest, followed by the third period, and the first period the lowest.(2) The nutritional quality difference of the seeding powder of the wheat varieties was better than the one of the barley cultivars. The content of flavonoid, SOD and folic acid of the wheat varieties seeding powder were higher than the barley cultivars. The differences of the other nutrient component between barley cultivars and wheat varieties were not obvious. The nutritional quality of Dafu No.1 was the highest.(3) The nutritional quality difference of the seeding powder of the wheat varieties was better than the one of the barley cultivars, but because the thriftness and the high vegetative barley yield, the wheat seeding power was taken as process materials. Dafu No.1 was preferred for those reasons.(4) There were great differences between the nutritional quality of the seeding power processed from the wheat seedling of the different cutting period. The nutritional quality of the first period was the best. There was no big difference in the nutritional quality between the second and the third period.(5) The temperature condition has an effect on the keeping of the seeding nutritional quality. The organic nutritional contents of the seeding power at 3 different temperatures tended to descend obviously. The lost of the seeding nutritional quality at room temperature was the most serious, while the ones in cold storage and refrigeration were less. The chlorophyll and flavonoid were easy to keep, while soluble protein,γ-propalanine, SOD, folic acid and VE were hard to keep. Kept for 240d, compared with the room temperature, the keeping effect of the seeding nutritional contents in cold storage and refrigeration can rise by 20% to 100%. The keeping effect of most seeding nutritional contents in cold storage was better then those in refrigeration.
