In this research, Ruditapes philippinarum was studied as the research object on its impact of growth performance and the enzyme of the visceral mass related to the impact of changes in enzyme activity in which vitamin A and vitamin D3 was added in different levels. This paper was aimed to provide scientific and theoretical basis for applying vitamin A and vitamin D3 as R.philippinarum nutrient additives.Research Method:1.The effect of vitamin A and vitamin D3 on the growth test of Ruditapes philippinarum:Each vitamin was devided into three feeding levels, that is, the three levels of vitamin A were: 0IU/Kg, 5000IU/Kg, 20000IU/Kg respectly, vitamin D3 were: 0IU/Kg, 5000IU/Kg, 20000IU/Kg respectly. In each level three repeating groups were set up, the 100 same specifications of R.philippinarum was selected for test animals. The test was conducted under the same water quality conditions, the test period continuing 60 days. The shell length and weight of each R.philippinarum was measured before and after the test for statistical analysis.2.The effect of vitamin A and vitamin D3 on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and response tests of visceral mass enzyme in R.philippinarum:Each vitamin was devided into three feeding levels, namely , the three levels of vitamin A were: 0IU /Kg, 5000IU /Kg, 20000IU/Kg respectly, vitamin D3 were 0IU/Kg, 5000IU/Kg, 20000IU/Kg respectly. In each level three repeating group were set up, the 150 same specifications and normal vigor of R.philippinarum was choosed .The test was conducted under the same conditions, the test cycle was 96 hours, when the experiment conducted 48h, 72h, 96h three time pointsrespectly,10 Ruditapes philippinarum were taken out from each group for determination of calcium and phosphorus content in lymph and the vitality of the acid phosphatase (ACP), catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) , glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and lysozyme in visceral mass and for statistical analysis.3. The effect of the grazing trial of Ruditapes philippinarum on vitamin A and vitamin D3:Test was divided into 10 treatment groups. Treatment groupâ… (24h) and treatment groupâ…¡(48h) were added vitamin A (5000IU/Kg) respectly, Treatment groupâ…¢(24h) and treatment groupâ…£(48h) were added vitamin A (20000IU/Kg) respectly, treatment groupâ…¤(24h) and treatment groupâ…¥(48h) were added vitamin D3 (5000IU/Kg) respectly, Treatment groupâ…¦(24h) and treatment groupâ…§(48h) were added vitamin D3 (20000IU/Kg) respectly, treatment groupâ…¨(24h) was added vitamin A (0IU/Kg), treatment groupâ…©(24h) was added vitamin D3 (0IU/Kg).150 R.philippinarum were put in each treatment group. Test was conducded in the same conditions. 150 R.philippinarum of each group were all taken out when the test was carried out at the time of 24h,48h for determination of vitamin A and vitamin D3 levels in visceral mass and for further analysis.Test Result:1.In contrast with the control group and levels of 20000IU/Kg vitamin A group, the growth rate (WGR) of the addition levels of vitamin A in 5000IU/Kg group was noticeably improved.but the difference of the impact on shell length growth rate (DISL) of Ruditapes philippinarum for whom different levels of vitamin A was added was not significant (P>0.05).2.Compared to the addition level of vitamin D3 in 20000IU/Kg group and the control group, the growth rate (WGR) and shell length growth rate (DISL) of vitamin D3 levels in 5000IU/Kg were significantly increased (P<0.05).3. With the increasing of the addition of vitamin A level, the ALP activity in visceral mass of R.philippinarum increased significantly (P<0.05),but the calcium content in lymph was lowered by degree;the difference between the test group and the control group was significant(P<0.05),and to the phosphorus content of lymph in Ruditapes philippinarum there was no significant impact at the time of 96h.4. With the increasing of the addition of vitamin D3 level, the ALP activity in visceral mass of R.philippinarum increased significantly (P<0.05);the calcium content in the perilymph had also tended to increase; the difference between the test group and control group was significant(P<0.05);the phosphorus content in perilymph in the lack of vitamin D3 group and the high level group was less than those in groups of the middle level.5. With the increasing of the addition of vitamin A level, the activity of ACP in visceral mass of R.philippinarum increased significantly (P<0.05) and the activity of CAT also tended to increase. The difference between the test group and control group was significant(P<0.05), but the activity of SOD lowered by degree; the difference between the test group and control group was still significant(P<0.05) at the time of 96h(P<0.05), the vitality of GSH-Px tended to increase, the difference between the test group and control group was significant(P<0.05), the vitality of lysozyme had shown an upward trend at the time of 72 and 96 hour, the difference among each group was significant(P<0.05).6.With the increasing of addition of vitamin D3 level the activity of ACP in visceral mass of R.philippinarum increased significantly (P<0.05) at the time of 48 and 96 hour, the activity of CAT in control group and high level of vitamin D3 group was significantly lower than the middle level group at the time of 48 and 72 hour; the vitality of SOD had increased significantly (P<0.05),the changes of vitality of GSH-Px was similar to CAT; the difference of Lysozyme vitality between the test group and control group was not significant(P<0.05) at the time of 48 and72 hours.7.There exist a certain amount of vitamin A and vitamin D3 in Ruditapes philippinarum ;with the increasing addition of vitamin A levels and the period of time prolonged, the content of vitamin A in the visceral mass increased continuously and was similar to the addition of vitamin A levels; with the reducing addition of vitamin D3 levels and the period of time extending, the content of vitamin D3 in the visceral mass lowered continuously, the addition of level differed widely.Conclusion:1.Adding different levels of vitamin A and vitamin D3 significantly promoted the growth rate of Ruditapes philippinarum;the effect of vitamin D3 is superior to vitamin A for the growth rate of Ruditapes philippinarum shell length. The calcium content in Ruditapes philippinarum perilymph also had been significantly influenced. The effect of vitamin D3 is superior to vitamin A for improving the perilymph calcium content and promoting the calcium and phosphorus metabolism.2. Adding different levels of vitamin A and vitamin D3 have some influence on the visceral mass enzyme activity of R.philippinarum, of both the effects of vitamin A on enhancing the vitality of lysozyme is superior to vitamin D3 and the effect on the outcome of antioxidant-related enzyme was quite different.3. A certain amount of vitamin A and vitamin D3 exsist in the body of Ruditapes philippinarum and can be fed by R.philippinarum.
