Studies On The Effects Of Organic Chicken Manure Fertilizer To The Soil For Growing Tobacco And The Quality Of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

This test takes Yunyan 85 flue-cured tobacco which varieties grown in Fujian Province for materials, and use the single-factor randomized block design to study the various impact of fertilizer to soil and tobacco,to discuss the mechanism of improving soil physical and chemical properties and the quality of tobacco which takes by chicken manure organic fertilizer. Treatments are the total nitrogen application of 30% chicken manure organic fertilizer, the total nitrogen application of 25% chicken manure organic fertilizer and pure fertilizer. The results are as follows:As to soil physical and chemical properties, the total nitrogen application of 30% chicken manure organic fertilizer treatment obviosly reduced the soil bulk density. The two organic fertilizer`s soil porosity thend to be higher than treatment of pure fertilizer. Study of soil pH shows that treatment of the total nitrogen application of 30% chicken manure organic fertilizer obviously keeps the soil pH stably. Soil organic matter affects by chicken manure organic fertilizer is that not significant before transplanted 40 days but ofter transplanted 50 days it shows a significant increase in soil organic matter content, 30% chicken manure organic fertilizer treatment shows more obviously. ammonia-a and nitrate-a content of the 25% chicken manure organic fertilizer nearest to 1:1, in favor of improve tobacco growth and quality. The root activity of pure fertilizer treatment is higher than other treatments in early days, but after transplanted 55 days lower than the two organic fertilizers. After Tuanke-period (after transplanted 50 days, the same as folows), 30% chicken manure organic fertilizer treatment`s root/shoot ratio is higher than 25% chicken manure organic fertilizer treatment and the pure fertilizer treatment the lowest. At the tip pruning times (Or BuddingDate after transplanted 55 days, the same as folows) 30% chicken manure organic fertilizer treatment`s root/shoot ratio is higher than other two treatments.The general trends of content in leaves of each positions in the two fertilizer treatments are lower than pure fertilizer treatment.It illustrates that applying chicken manure organic fertilizer make the tobacco plants use the nitrate-n more fully. Combined the pigment content in leaves of all position shows that leaves which applying chicken manure organic fertilizer treatments could ensure fully synthetic of chlorophyll and improve the leaves` absorption of light energy before transplanted 60 days,after transplanted 80days,it makes chlorophyll decomposition timely and presuer tobacco leaves getting yellow in time.As to the affect of nicotine content,treatments of chicken manure organic fertilizer can improve the lower stalk position leaves` nicotine content a little, less impact on the central stalk position leaves,and reduce nicotine content of the upper leaves. As to the affect of starch content, tobacco leaves which applying chicken manure organic fertilizer can synthesis enough starch in early days and decompose in later period with the maturing of lesves.This is in favour of improving the quality of tobacco leaf.leaves which applying pure fertilizer starch content is lower than the two organic fertilizer treatments,that can cause leaves accumulate organic matter not fully,and reduce its production. As to the impact of leave total sugarand deoxidize sugar content in hole growth period, pure fertilizer treatment is higher than two organic fertilizer treatments in early days but lower than two organic fertilizer treatments in later days,it externalizes that the pure fertilizer tend to play a quick pre-exist effect in early days and deficiency in later days. Correlation analysis results of k element of soil and tobacco plant shows that tobacco leaves of 25% chicken manure organic fertilizer treatment can absorb k element fully, but the pure fertilizer treatment shows a inadequate supply of k element.Synthesize the whole results of the analysis could come to a conclud that 25% chicken manure organic fertilizer treatment presents outstanding effect in improving soil physical and chemical properties and the quality of tobacco.It also shows a excellent performance in economic characters such as production,output value,average price,fine tobacco ratio.
