Anthelmintic resistance of gastro-intestinal nematodes of small domestic ruminants was a severe problem throuhout the world, which has not yet been concened in China. With the need for our sheep and goats production and for control of parasites, the study was carried out in three aspects. The results were as follows:(1) with different Anthelmintic drugs of market repellent, and then through the faecal egg count reduction test and McMaster's method for improved egg count results showed that: Alebendazole for extensive rearing of sheep, and drive out the effect of gastrointestinal nematodes is still well, the conventional dose of Ostertagia, Filicollis, Chabot ovina, and Marshallagia the net rate of displacement 100 percent can be achieved, gradually increase the dose when the tapeworm and trematodes have more good results; Alebendazole for four of the sheep-fattening sheep drive to kill the market ineffective, egg reduction rates were 53.4%,67.2%,80.7%,75%, including two intensive culture. Preliminary results show that poor accounting for the investigation of the sheep flock of 40%. Avermectin in the comparison group with alebendazole was found: the effective duration of alebendazole short, can cause gastrointestinal nematodes of re-infection, only spring and autumn are the effect of insecticide-treated with albendazole is not Obviously, a year before the transition Avermectins a long-acting agents will be able to achieve the desired effect.(2) Through the saturated brine and saturated sucrose solution to collect the egg, the use of statistical analysis methods to detect the development rate of eggs was found: in the control group in the saturated growth rate of sucrose solution and saturated brine similarity value by t test t = 4.65> t0.01 = 2.58, the difference is significant, but this difference does not affect the egg development.Thiabendazole in the role of thiophene concentration of benzene were 0.03mg/mL and 0.05mg/mLwhen tested by the t value t value of 103.438 and 167.105, respectively, are greater than t0.01=2.58, two ways to prove that the development of eggs collected rate there is a significant difference, and the difference is extremely significant, indicating that the salt saturated egg development under the conditions of saturated sucrose solution is higher than the rate of egg development.(3) egg hatch test (Egg HatchTest, EHT) anthelmintic drug testing of sheep infected with gastrointestinal nematode larvae of development, carried out in Urumqi sheep gastrointestinal nematode resistance testing. The results showed that: a sheep market in Urumqi Nanshan sheep-fattening and sheep-fattening sheep field of gastrointestinal nematode infections, especially for Ostertagia have developed resistance to Alebendazole (ED50> 0.1ug/ml); not anthelmintic the sheep fields, and slaughterhouses of the sheep from the remote pastoral areas, as a result of extensive rearing methods for homes or semi-feeding, gastrointestinal nematodes, in particular, Ostertagia resistance on non-Alebendazole (ED50 <0.1ug / ml).
