People,s demand for meat products was increasing year by year,while the existing supply of lamb products can not meet the needs of the residents. For the protection of grassland ecology and increasing livestock production, animal husbandry changed from natural grassland farming, extensive farming to feeding and to large-scale direction.It was inevitable way that modern animal husbandry development in our country.Compared Mechanized feeding to traditional artificial feeding, the former can reduce labor intensity, improve feeding efficiency, increase sheep food intake.Mechanization is the trend of barn feeding.Feeding was the key link in the process of mutton sheep feeding,and material conditions have important influence on mutton sheep diet and health growth,so it has important significance on Feeding machinery research.Based on checking out the relevant domestic and foreign article on sheep Feeding machinery and edible material literature, patents, field research on sheep domestic sheep farm, this paper conducted the research on the regular grass, Total Mixed Ration, as well as feeding machines. Determined corn silage and corn flour mixture as test material, and had a further study on moisture content, internal and external friction angle and bulk density of the mixed materials. Determined to double Helix Caesar feeding car as the research object, based on the principle and realizing the function to design material test Bench.Determined the structure of feeding system to the test bench and spatial configuration, and designed and selected the key institutions with some certain functions. Determined key institutions for scraper conveyor device, double Helix device, keep-off roller device, belt conveyor device and container. Combined with research on the sheep farm and the require for feeding vehicle, required key agencies theoretical analysis and design.Determined its overall structure, the structural parameters of the key institutions and the partial motion parameters.Using three-dimensional modeling software to model sheep with material test bench.Using simulation software to simulate the spreading process of spreading system. Set some work and structural parameters of test bench, set particle properties, set the key structural properties to simulate.The simulation results are analyzed by studying the particle movement overall trend, single particle trajectory,the change of the material quality of the material in the cabinet and Keep-off roll torque changes to verify test bed spread rationality feeding system.In order to digitize and automate the testing process, control key agencies speed and torque parameters,timely feedback of the rig test, real-time observation of the dynamic test, design the control system of the test bench. Control system selects the PC as a host computer, Mitsubishi PLC as the next crew. Lower machine PLC control the test speed and drive key institutions for speed through transducer.According to the power of test for selection of motor, inverter, mitsubishi PLC.Based on scraper conveyor speed, feeding auger speed, feed roller speed, gear fork length as test factors, feeding amount and feeding uniformity as test index,test program was designed. Using Minitab software to analyze the test results, through the extreme difference analysis and variance analysis to determine the best combination.Confirmatory test showed optimum combination to meet the requirements.
