Previous studies have shown that the immune function of animals change will affect the body's metabolic process of the trace elements, The purpose of this study is to examine the Polysavone on the trace element metabolism in the body, through a comparison with chlortetracycline , in order to further study Polysavone promote growth the mechanism based on the pilot.Exp. One Effect of Polysavone and chlortetracycline on growth performance in broilrs390 one-day-old broilers were randomly divided into five treatments with six replicates of 13 broilers each. Broilers in the control group were supplied with corn-soybean meal based diet and the treatment groups were supplied with 150mg/kg chlortetracycline or 500, 1000, 1500 mg/kg Polysavone (clover extract) in the same diet. The experiment last for 42 days. On d 21 and 42 test sampling and determination of the relevant indicators, The results shoVwed that dietary Polysavone 1000mg/kg had significantly increased on weight gain of broilers of 1~21and 22~42 days(P<0.05), Moreover, its also had significantly increased on feed intake ,average daily gain of broilers of 1~21,22~42 and 1~42days(P<0.05), three-dosage group dietary Polysavone could decrease feed to gain tatio ,so increased feed conversion ratio, Compariosn with the three group administrated Polysavone, the effect on growth promotion of 1000mg/kg Polysavone was significant.150mg/kg chlortetracycline had significantly increased on weight gain, feed intake ,average daily gain , feed to gain tatio of broilers of 1~21days (P<0.05) ,its had no significant effect of broilers of 22~42 days(P<0.05), The experiment results suggested that Polysavone had advanced growth performance of broilers, especially dietary Polysavone 1000mg/kg furthest distinctness, 150mg/kg chlortetracycline had growth performance of broilers of 1~21days, had no significant effect anaphase.Exp. Two Effects of Polysavone and chlortetracycline on Immunity Properties in broilersExperiment diet and treatment were same to Exp one, The results showed that dietary Polysavone had significantly increased weight of immune organs and immunity organs index of broilers(P<0.05), but chlortetracycline 150mg/kg had significantly restrain immunity organs development(P<0.05); dietary Polysavone had significantly increased serum ND-HI antibody titer of broilers(P<0.05), but chlortetracycline 150mg/kg had significantly restrain humour immunoreaction (P<0.05); 21 and 42 days dietary Polysavone had significantly increased T,B lymphocyte proliferation in serum of broilers (P<0.05) , but chlortetracycline 150mg/kg had significantly restrain proliferation in serum(P<0.05), dietary Polysavone had significantly increased serum immuno IgG content of broilers(P<0.05), Moreover, chlortetracycline 150mg/kg had significantly restrain humour immunoreaction (P<0.05), Polysavone had advanced immunodeficiency of broilers, In contrast , chlortetracycline had restrain immunodeficiency.Exp. Three Effects of Polysavone and chlortetracycline on differ tissues and organs of trace elements in sediment in broilersExperiment diet and treatment were same to Exp one , From Experiment one and Experiment two result , On 21 and 42 days, from control group and chlortetracycline group and 1000mg/kg Polysavone group one broiler each replicates were randomly selected and butcher, choose breast muscle ,liver and spleen for detection of trace element indicators. The results showed that, For copper is compared with the control group, dietary Polysavone 1000mg/kg had significantly increased liver anaphase and spleen prophase of copper content of broilers(P<0.05), chlortetracycline 150mg/kg had no significantly effect of copper content of breast muscle , liver, spleen; For ferrum is compared with the control group, dietary Polysavone 1000mg/kg had significantly increased liver and spleen of ferrum content of broilers(P<0.05), chlortetracycline 150mg/kg had significantly increased spleen anaphase of ferrum content of broilers(P<0.05), For manganese is compared with the control group, dietary Polysavone 1000mg/kg had significantly increased breast muscle and liver of manganese content of broilers of prophase(P<0.05), Moreover, dietary Polysavone 1000mg/kg had significantly increased spleen of manganese(P<0.05), but had significantly decreased breast muscle manganese of anaphase (P<0.05), chlortetracycline 150mg/kg had significantly increased liver of manganese content of broilers of prophase(P<0.05), Moreover, chlortetracycline 150mg/kg could also spleen of manganese(P<0.05), For manganese is compared with the control group, dietary Polysavone 1000mg/kg had significantly increased liver of zinc content of broilers of prophase(P<0.05), could also spleen of zinc content.Polysavone had significantly effect differ tissues and organs of trace element in sediment in broiler, chlortetracycline effect had no Polysavone distinctness.Exp.
