Effects Of Organic Trace Elements On Growth Performance And Serum Related Indexes Of Weaned Piglets | | Posted on:2018-10-23 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:W F Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2393330566954088 | Subject:Animal Nutrition and Feed Science | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of organic matter elements on growth performance,serum biochemical Index,antioxidant index and immune index of weaned piglets.Six hundred 35-day-old Duroc×Landrace×Large Yorkshire weaned piglets with body weight of(8.90±0.30 kg)were assigned to 5 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 20 pigs per replicate for a 35 d feeding period.Dietary treatments were as follows:(A)Control group(basal diet with 100% Industry level);(B)Inorganic group(1/2 level);(C)Organic group(1/2 level);(D)Inorganic group(1/3 level);(E)Organic group(1/3 level).At the end of the 35 th day,blood samples were taken from the anterior vena cava,and the serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant indexes and immune indexes were measured.The results showed that:1.Growth performance: Compared with the control group,the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and material weight ratio of weaned piglets were not significantly different(P> 0.10).Compared with the addition of 1/2 level of inorganic trace elements,the addition of the same level of organic form of trace elements decreased the weight ratio by 4.46%(P <0.10).2.Serum biochemical parameters:compared with the control group,the level of serum urea nitrogen was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).compared with the control group,the serum level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in serum between different treatments(P > 0.10).3.Antioxidant index : compared with the control group,the concentration of Cu / Zn-SOD in serum was decreased by 10.27%,but the difference was not significant(P< 0.10).There was no significant difference between the other treatments(P>0.10).4.Immune index: Compared with the addition of 1/3 level of inorganic trace elements,adding the same level of organic form of trace elements can significantly increase the serum immunoglobulin Ig G content,increased 71.89%(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference between the other treatments(P> 0.10).5.Fecal metal content: Compared with the control group,the addition of trace elements could decrease the content of copper and iron in the fecal of weaned piglets significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the addition of the same level of inorganic trace elements(1/3 level),The addition of organic form of trace elements decreased the concentration of copper,iron and manganese in feces,but the difference was not significant(P< 0.10).In conclusion,reduce the level of trace elements,will not reduce the growth performance of piglets;add the same level(1/3,1/2)compared to the inorganic trace elements,add metal protein salts organic trace elements on weanling piglets growth performance(P> 0.05).When the added level was 1/3 of the organic level,the content of immunoglobulin Ig G in piglets could be significantly increased(P<0.05),and the level of immunoglobulin Ig G was significantly increased(P> 0.05)Reduce the content of copper,iron and manganese in feces(P<0.05),reduce the pollution to the environment. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Trace Minerals, Weaned Piglet, Growth Performance, Gerum Biochemical Indices, Antioxidant Indexs, Immune Indices | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
