The theory of static electricity spray has been developed very thorough,the principle of the fog turning process has been studied very thorough,spraying fog application for the static electricity in the agriculture prevention and cure pest,have already shown the huge potential.The basic designing theories,structure and working process of this box were theoretically specified in the paper.And then the atomization and deposition characteristic of the air-assisted spray nozzle was mainly researched.Results of the studies indicate:(1) In Air-assisted Electrostatic spraying,the particles will go on atomizing while eject from the nozzle.In it's conical spray field, the particle diameter and velocity are much bigger in the center than in the edge.With the increase of the axial distance,the particle diameter and velocity decreasing in the center while the panicle diameter increasing in the edge.(2) Increasing the gas pressure or electrostatic voltage will both increase the spray width.Primitively increase the gas pressure will make an obvious decreasing on spray width,but when the gas pressure reached to some degree,the panicle diameter will no longer change. The spray width in charging spray is much larger than in un-charging spray.In charging condition,spray width will become large as the electrostatic voltage increasing.(3) The panicle diameter will become smaller as the gas pressure, electrostatic voltage increasing.Primitively increase the gas pressure will make an obvious decreasing on particle diameter,but when the gas pressure reached to some degree,the panicle diameter will no longer change.Increasing the electrostatic voltage will decrease the particle diameter,but the effect is not great;(4) The distribution of the panicle diameter will become more uniform as the gas pressure, electrostatic voltage and spray distance increasing.From the importance degree,the factors row were spray distance,gas pressure,electrostatic voltage;(5) The deposition quantity on the back of the target will become larger as the gas pressure,electrostatic voltage increasing and the spray distance decreasing;(6) Within the experiment extend,air pressure at 0.25Mpa,electrostatic voltage at 1254v,spray distance at 500mm were the most suitable parameters for the spray.
