| In this paper, study on the extraction of essential oil from the leaves and branches of Pinus tabulaeformis and Sabina vulgaris by water distillation, using analysis of variance, multiple comparisons of statistical methods to explore the effects of water distillation ; and analyzed between essential oil content and sampling season, origins, parts of the correlateon, the results as following:After the smashing of the Pinus tabulaeformis and Sabina vulgaris have a higher oil extraction rate, a certain period of time of soaking can significantly shorten the extraction time, and 2.0 h of soaking time is appropriate.According to orthogonal experiment, the best combination parameter of extraction rate for distillation extraction is: with 700 mL water, 2% of NaCl, extraction of 3.0h. The order of different effect factors on extraction amount was extraction time> water> NaCl.The result of determination of different growing period of small branches and leaves from Sabina vulgaris shows that the highest yield of essential oil is on August, and essential oil content of small branches and leaves from Sabina vulgaris gradually dropped with time after storage period. Therefore, small branches and leaves of Sabina vulgaris essential oil in order to extract the best in August, and storage period is 0 month. The result of determination of different growing period of Pinus tabulaeformis shows that the highest yield of essential oil is on September, and essential oil content of Pinus tabulaeformis graduallydropped with time after storage period. Therefore, essential oil of Pinus tabulaeformis in order to extract the best in September, and storage period is 0 month. The essential oil content from branches and leaves of Sabina vulgaris have significant difference in different sampling areas, essential oil extraction rate from small branches and leaves of Sabina vulgaris is the highest in the middle Maowusu, in Technology Parks is at last .The content of essential oil from Sabina vulgaris in different organs and parts were studied, the results as follows: the fruits > coarse root> small branches and leaves > fine roots> new sticks> the old sticks. The content of essential oil from Pinus tabulaeformis in different organs and parts were studied, the results as follows: coniferous>twings> new sticks. |
