256 1-day-old health Ross 308 broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with four replicates each treatment having 16 chickens each replicate. In this study, the broilers which in test 1 were feed the com-soy-miscellaneous diets with normal level energy;the broilers which in test 2 ( negative control ) were feed the com-soy-miscellaneous diets which reducing 0.21 MJ/kg AME;the broilers which in test 3 and 4 add 200g/T,400g/T commercial NSP enzyme separately, The results indicated that: According to different levels of enzyme added to the diet of broiler, that can reduce the amount of vegetable oil to reduce feed costs, at the same time, that can promote the phase of weight gain and lower feed / gain and improve the survival rate. test 3,4 average daily weight gain, feed weight ratio is superior to of group 2 at all different levels.Test 3,4 metabolic rate of energy, dry matter and crude protein and other nutrients when 45-day-old significantly were increased, the AME of group added 400g/T commercial NSP enzymes respectively, compared with negative control group increased 2.23% (P <0.05) and 0.98% (P> 0.05),TME of group added 400g/T commercial NSP enzymes respectively were compared to negative control group and positive control increased 2.06% (P <0.05) and 0.89% (P <0.05);In addition, nutrients metabolic rate of Group added 200g/T,400g/T commercial NSP enzymes were compared to negative control group and positive control increased 1.5% - 8.5% (P <0.05).NSP enzymes can increase 28-day-old, 45-day-old broiler serum glucose levels (P <0.05), there is no significant affect on serum total protein content (P>0.05). NSP enzymes can reduce the 28-day-old, 45-day-old broiler serum total cholesterol (P <0.05). there is no significant effect on serum serum uric acid content (P>0.05). NSP enzymes on serum calcium, phosphorus content of no significant difference (P> 0.05). Enzymes can increase 28-day-old, 45-day-old broiler serum T3 levels (P <0.05). NSP enzymes to 28-day-old broiler serum T4 levels were no significant differences (P> 0.05); Enzyme can increase 45-day-old broiler serum T4 level (P <0.05). Enzyme to 28-day-old broiler serum GH levels not significantly different (P> 0.05), Enzyme can increase 45-day-old broiler serum GH levels (P <0.05).There is no significant effect on the development of the digestive tract in each group , but the Jejunal villous height of test 3 is higher than the other groups in 45-day-old (P <0.05); the relative weight of the Gastric muscle is less than other groups (P <0.05); the rest of the digestive tract micro-macro indicators did not change significantly (P> 0.05).
