| Objective: The purpose of this experiment focus on the effect of Arbor Acres(AA) broiler performance, nutrient digestibility and the activity of digestive enzymeswhen diets are added emulsifiers replacing some of the fat. A total number reached640of1-day-old Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were randomly divided into four treatments,8replicates per treatment,20chickens per replicate. The four experimental groupswere divided into positive control, negative control, emulsifier1group and emulsifier2group, respectively. Positive control was defined normal lipid level, and negativecontrol was defined less0.5%of oil than the positive control, and Emulsifier1and2were defined that based the negative control to add extra emulsifier1and emulsifier2.Results: The feed intake, weight gain in the early growth stage, later stage andbroiler whole period in the emulsifier groups compared with negative controlincreased by1%~4%and4%~12%(P<0.05), and reached the positive control level(P≥0.05), however weight ratio of emulsifier2groups in22~42days has significantlyimproving function (P<0.05) between two emulsifier group, but feed intake and weighthad no difference (P≥0.05). Emulsifiers to improve crude fat digestibility of5%~6%,2%~3%increase energy digestibility (P<0.05) in the early growth stage; but in thelater growth period of broiler, emulsifier on energy digestibility increased (P<0.05);Crude protein, calcium, phosphorus digestibility was not different (P≥0.05); thenutrient digestibility between two emulsifier groups was no difference (P≥0.05).Trypsin, lipase, amylase activity in the duodenum, jejunum of Emulsifier than thenegative control group improved by4%~23%,15%~23%,17%~22%(P<0.05), andreaches the positive control level (P≥0.05), wherein the duodenal trypsin activity thanthe positive control group improved by2%~8%(P<0.05), no difference between thetwo emulsifiers (P≥0.05); emulsifier pancreatic trypsin, lipase, amylase activity thanthe negative control group were increased by4%~10%,27%~32%,27%~32% (P<0.05), and amylase activity reached a level of positive control group (P≥0.05).Conclusion: low fat emulsifier added to broiler diets can significantly improvethe feed intake, weight gain and digestive enzyme activity; decrease the ratio of feedand improving the utilization of production performance. |
