The experiment was aimed to study body weight, the relative length of digestive organs, digestive enzyme activity and caecum microorganism, blood biochemical parameters and structure characters of digestive organs of different week-old Taihang chicken, discussed the digestive physiological characteristics of Taihang chicken.At 1, 7, 10, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37, 39, 41, 46, 51, 53, 56, 59, 72 weeks measured body weight, the digestive organ relative length of Taihang chicken, digestive enzyme activities, cecal microbes blood biochemical parameters and observe digestive organizational structure and analyzed the variation. The results showed that:(1)Taihang chicken weight increases with the growth of week-old, Until 27 weeks of growth on weight to 1.2kg; before 10 week-old, the Taihang chicken relatively fast growth, and the relative growth rate reached a peak between 7 to 10 week-old.(2)Taihang chicken digestive tract length and weight of the relative ratio of reduced gradually along with the increase of day age13 week-old later, the reduction in decreased significantly.The relative ratio will remain at a relatively stable range, each segment of digestive tract the relative ratio of the length and weight from small to big, respectively: crop< gizzard< proventriculus< esophageal< rectum < cecum < duodenum< ileum < jejunum.(3)Amylase, lipase, trypsin can be detected in the duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum of Taihang chicken, but those enzymes were lower in cecum, the main role enzyme in cecum was fiber luciferase.(4)Bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in Taihang chicken caecum is higher than the number of escherichia coli, gradually reduce the number of escherichia coli in 17 week-old, And maintain in a low level, and the Taihang chicken caecum lactobacillus and bifidobacterium quantity during the test period will remain within 8.4 ~ 8.8 log10cfu/g.(5)The serum total protein and glucose levels of Taihang kid-chicken increased with the growth of age before 10 week-old,After 10 weeks remain at about 100 mg/d L; total cholesterol had an increasing tendency with the growth of age, the trend of total cholesterol was most obvious in chicks stage and had a sharpest peaked at 13 week-old, followed remained at 100mg/d L; 29 weeks ago triglyceride levels below 100 mg/d L, After 31 weeks began to rise at 740.57 mg/d L.(6)The liver and intestinal of the Taihang chicken developed more perfect with the increase of the weeks. The number of interlobular vein and arteria increased and the lumen became bigger. The villus in each section of the intestinal became longer, thicker and grew in number significantly with the time goes on. They arranged themselves closely. The number of the crypts Increased and depth increased. The thickness of the intestinal increased and intestinal glands developed. At the same time, there are some other changes in each section of the intestinal.
