| By using the whole feces collection method,the author collected the feces on 18 adult Siberian tiger which were healthy and with well propagation condition and 5 young tiger which were born 7 months in Harbin Siberian tiger park from April,2007 to January,2008,and research the assimilation on the Siberian tiger.The 18 adult Siberian tiger were classified as three groups arrange in balance male and female percent then given different feed for the three groups,the first group were raised beef purely,the second ones with chicken skeleton purely and the thirds ones feed chicken frame and puffed feed.According to the propagation budget characteristic of the Siberian tiger,the samples were colleted in January,April and June during breeding time and August and October during un-breeding time.The results showed that the apparent crude-protein digestibility was 94.78±1.39%,crude-adipose 96.70±1.59%and dry matter digestibility for 92.00±1.03%in the group of feeding pure beef in breeding season, while the apparent crude-protein digestibility was 93.78±1.03%,crude-adipose 95.58±1.48% and dry matter digestibility for 91.47±1.06%in the non-breeding season..The second group feeding chicken skeleton purely with the apparent crude-protein digestibility 92.31±0.98%,crude-adipose 95.44±1.40%,dry matter digestibility for 88.83±0.98%,energy for 94.61±2.78%in the group of feeding pure beef in un-breeding season,while apparent digestibility of crude protein,crude fat,dry matter and energy for breeding season were 91.94±1.25%,93.95±1.14%,88.77±0.96%and 89.96±0.34 for each one.Feeding chicken frame and puffed feed group,diet apparent digestibility of crude protein as 91.94±0.71%,crude fat 94.89±2.69%and energy for 94.13±4.07%and the apparent digestibility of crude fiber reached 31.38±4.97%in breeding season.,while in the nonbreeding season,the apparent digestibility of fat was maximum,reach to 93.82±1.16%, followed by other crude protein 91.70±1.39%and energy 90.11±0.56%,the digestibility of crude fiber also has 30.72±4.19%.The digestibility would be a certain influence with different daily diets on the Siberian Tiger apparent.There had significant influence on the apparent digestibility for the factors such as environmental,temperature on Siberian Tiger,particularly energy apparent digestibility.The average digestibility of crude fiber reached 32 percent in mixed diet tigers. |
