The environment monitoring and controlling,an important technology for greenhouse,has attracted many scholars'attentions in the world.A series of studies have been carried out since 80's~90's of the last century in our country.Although the achievement of the studies is remarkable,the intellectualization and strategies of environment monitoring and controlling are backward to the developed countries.Therefore,it is a necessary task that developing a greenhouse environment monitoring and controlling system with inexpensive price,stable and precise strategy and high intellectualization for the greenhouse industry in our country.This paper discusses and designs a greenhouse environment monitoring and controlling system based on S3C2410A Embedded 32 bits ARM processor.In the first part of the paper,the domestic and foreign present situation and development trends of greenhouse environment monitoring and controlling technology are introduced.And then,The Embedded system and how to choosing ARM chip and Operating System are introduced in detail.The system is divided into four modules:S3C2410A electric circuit of core module, interactive man-machine module,data acquiring and processing module and implementing agency actuation module.S3C2410A system's hardware and software is elaborated.To the hardware,the simple introduction to the S3C2410A function has made,firstly.Secondly the design of the hardware is carried out in partly,first carries on the core electric circuit module design,including memory circuit design,JTAG connection circuit design,power circuit design,replacement circuit design,system clock circuit design and so on.The man-machine interactive module design including the LCD control principle and the electric circuit connection diagram,touches the screen principle and with the S3C2410A electric circuit schematic diagram as follow.The gathering module which includes the sensor selection and the S3C2410A processor connection is designed.Finally a brief introduction to the implementing agency actuation is made.The software design is divided two parts.The first part is introducing transplantation of the Linux operating system to Flash chip of s3c2410A in detail,including revision and transplant of bootloader,kernel and file system revision and the detailed transplant steps are described definitely.The second part is the design of application software which included master program design,data acquiring and processing design,control sub-program design and interactive man-machine program design.As greenhouse environment controlling is a nonlinear,multivariate coupling,great lag and time-varying system,the fuzzy control algorithm is proposed in software design.The greenhouse environment monitoring and controlling system can provide better condition for plants growth through adjusting environment parameters.Finally,the fuzzy control algorithm is researched further and simulated by MTALAB.The simulation result indicates that the fuzzy control algorithm obviously surpasses the tradition control method.
