Ganoderma lucidum is a famous medicinal and edible fungus with special nutritional and medicinal value. Many studies show that some components of Ganoderma lucidum such as polysacchatide and ganodenic acid have great pharmacodynamics activities. This paper investigated fermentation conditions of Ganoderma lucidum,anti-oxidation activity of Ganoderma atrum's exopolysaccharides and it's cultivation.1.The Ganoderma Iucidum HG fluid ferment conditions including carbon source, nitrogen source,pH,fermentation temperature and time were examined. The results showed that the optimal culture conditions were as follows:carbon source was glucose and concentration was 4%,nitrogen source was corn-steepliquor 2%,the pH was 6.0,fermentation temperature was 28℃,culture time was 7d.2.A Ganoderma atrum strain of Ganoderma lucidum was selected for accumulating polysaccharide and the optimal medium for Ganoderma atrum was optimized by orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that the optimum conditions were 80%ethanol content, extraction time 19 h,ferment fluid pH 6.0.In optimizated condition the yield of extracellular polysaccharide was 5.2343 g/L.When polysaccharides concentration was 40 mg/ml,the scavenging effect on the hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical were 39.85%and 23.4%respectively.It showed that the polysaccharide of Ganoderma atrum has obvious anti-oxidation activity.3.Single factor test was applied to annalyze the Fe2+ of Ganoderma atrum..The results showed that the optimum conditions were 28℃,pH 6.0,6 d culture time, stirring speed at 180 rpm.In optimizated condition the yield of extracellular polysaccharide was 5.10 g/L and Fe2+ of Ganoderma atrum was 0.38 mg/L.4.The optimal grow conditions of Ganoderma lucidum were as follows:Sawdust 72%,Corn starch 5%,Wheat bran 20%,Sucrose 1%,Gypsum powder 1%,Phosphate 1%.
