Study On Introduction And Cultivation Techniques Of Ganoderma Lucidum

This paper introduces the introduction and breeding of Taishan Ganoderma lucidum,Japan Gang four,South Korea Ganoderma lucidum,the Ganoderma lucidum,Ganoderma lucidum 109,and so on five varieties,according to the growth speed of hypha,anti clutter,a mushroom rate and other indicators selected Korean Ganoderma lucidum comprehensive traits was the best.Then select Ganoderma were used to greenhouse soil cultivation and indoor shelf culture experiment was carried out in two modes.Comparison of two models of Ganoderma lucidum production,harmful substances,the results are as follows:(1)The experimental results showed that the mycelium growth rate was the fastest and the resistance of the South Korean Ganoderma lucidum was the fastest in all the test strains.In the time of the two species and the culture species,the time is the shortest.In the mushroom stage of the infection rate of the fungus,the South Korean Ganoderma lucidum performance is also more excellent.In the early stages of development,the formation of cheese is faster,and the amount of cheese is more.In the mature stage of fruiting body,the growth pattern of the kidney,the yield of single rod dry weight and 47.4g,the conversion rate is 52.4%,higher than other test species.This may be due to the genetic characteristics of the species in their growth rate,resistance,the difference between the yield and the biological conversion rate.(2)The advantages and disadvantages of Ganoderma lucidum products,not only to look at the content of commercial and effective ingredients,but also to consider the residue of toxic substances of Ganoderma lucidum.Therefore,in the test results,although indoor cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum in pileus diameter,bacteria flesh thickness commodity characteristic and Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides and triterpenoids of Ganoderma lucidum content are than greenhouse planting Peilve had less,but the per unit area yield of indoor cultivation for 758g·m-2,is greenhouse unit area yield twice.Moreover,the indoor cultivation of the residual amount of Ganoderma lucidum harmful substances is far lower than in the greenhouse.(3)Comprehensive analysis shows that the overall performance of the Korean Ganoderma lucidum strains in all experimental strains is best,and it is more suitable for the production and promotion of the local.In control Korean Ganoderma lucidum greenhouse covering soil cultivation and indoor layer rack under two modes of cultivation,yield,commodity,content of effective components and harmful substances residues index based on,the author thinks that the interior shelf culture is more suitable for the high standard of market of Ganoderma lucidum products health benefits and food safety requirements.
