The Selection Of Strain And The Study On Potency Of Fermentation Product Of Solid Fermentation Of Ganoderma Lucidum

Ganoderma lucidum is a large medicinal fungi, has a history of thousands of applications in China. Modern medical research shows that:Ganoderma lucidum has a variety of effects include improving the body immunity and sleep, regulating the cardiovascular system, anti-tumor etc., the main active component of lucidum are Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, Ganoderma triterpene acid, alkaloids etc. Solid fermentation is a biological processes which is little or no freedom of water, in water soluble solid ground.In this thesis, solid fermentation engineering, to the starting strain of Ganoderma lucidum to corn cob for the fermentation substrate, through the strain adaptability, the determination of biomass of the mycelium, also we carry out its pharmacodynamics.This paper studies and results are as follows:1. the strain adaptability:By comparing the growth rate and the day of sackful of Ganoderma lucidum strain in the substrate, we obtain the best efficacy from 53 strains of Ganoderma lucidum:ZL5,ZL12, ZL13, ZL16, ZL26, ZL32, ZL50, ZL63, ZL64 and ZL662. the determination of biomass of the mycelium:we determine the biomass of mycelium by the method of chitin, and we find the rate of growth are different among Ganoderma lucidum strains. On the 15th day, the rate of growth of ZL32is fast. However the rate is slower than the beginning. ZL13,ZL50,ZL63andZL64 is steady in the substrate.3.the acute toxicity test of the fermentation substrate:the lowest LD50 of the fermentation substrate of Ganoderma lucidum strains is 78.23g/kg,which is safe.4.the pharmacodynamics of the fermentation substrate:by the estimation of antineoplastic agents, activating blood and dissolving stasis and dormifacient effects of fermentation substrate,we obtain the fermentation substrate of ZL5 which have antineoplastic agents and activating blood and dissolving stasis and the fermentation substrate of ZL50 which have antineoplastic agents.
