This article mainly focuses on the comparative analysis of the regeneration of alfalfa species, which include the U.S 11 standard of fall dormancy grades,detects some other physiological indices related to cold tolerance and accomplishes the correlation analysis of the temperature.This paper also studies the course of lowering temperature process in different varieties of alfalfa fall dormancy rating of physiological changes in the law of adaptation,and reveals the relationship between the fall dormancy and cold tolerance on different alfalfa species.The following results are:(1) In the changing process of the temperature in the autumn,renewable sources of high order in different fall dormancy about alfalfa species are reflected as follows:Fall dormancy type of non-polar(54.57 cm)>Non-fall dormancy type(39.76 cm)>semi-fall dormancy type(23.10cm)>Fall dormancy type(8.81cm).The aboveground biomass growth rate on different fall dormancy alfalfa varieties type is revealed as follows:Fall dormancy type of non-polar(5.27 g/m2.d )>Non-fall dormancy type(4.83 g/m2.d)>semi-fall dormancy type(2.47 g/m2.d)>Fall dormancy type(0.86 g/m2.d)(2) The fall dormancy alfalfa type the size of the order of the relative conductivity is as follows: fall dormancy type(0.084)<semi-fall dormancy type(0.148)<non-fall dormancy type(0.204)<a very non-fall dormancy type(0.276).The fall of temperature with different varieties of alfalfa fall dormancy rating of relative conductivity of the existence of negative correlation,when the fall of the lower temperature,the different varieties of alfalfa fall dormancy rating the higher the relative conductivity.(3) As the temperature decreases in autumn,in November,average MDA content of the order in different types of fall dormancy of alfalfa varieties is as follows:a very non-fall dormancy type (4.74μmol/g)>non-fall dormancy type(3.93μmol /g)>Semi-fall dormancy type(1.44μmol /g)>fall dormancy type(0.85μmol/g).The fall of temperature with different fall dormancy level about the MDA content of alfalfa varieties exist significantly negative correlation.So the lower temperature in fall is the higher content of MDA into different varieties of alfalfa fall dormancy rating is.(4) As the temperature decreases in autumn,and in November,the average soluble sugar content accumulated on the fall dormancy alfalfa cultivars type are as follows:fall dormancy type(31.02 g/100gDM)>Semi-fall dormancy type(27.72 g/100gDM)>Non-fall dormancy type(24.47 g/100gDM)>very non-fall dormancy type(19.66 g/100gDM).(5) As the temperature decreases in autumn,in November,free praline content accumulated on the fall dormancy alfalfa cultivars types are of the following order:fall dormancy type(0.552mg /g)>Semi-fall dormancy type(0.443mg /g)>Non-fall dormancy type(0.398mg /g)>a very non-fall dormancy type(0.383mg /g).
