The cytochrome P450 content was determined in insect which live in vegetable fields. And, the study dealed with pests and natural enemies with different concentrations of sodium phenobarbital and oxidation of piperonyl butoxide through film method. The results showed that their induction and inhibition effects of cytochrome P450 of insect in vegetable fields are different. And their induction and inhibition effects of cytochrome P450 of sensitive strains and resistant strains of diamondback moth were also different, showed species differences. through determining the cytochrome P450 content of resistant and susceptible diamondback moth, pests and natural enemiesand high temperature treatment of pests and natural enemies of the inhibition of cytochrome P450. The results indicated that:(1) Cytochrome P450 content in vivo of pests was significantly higher than parasitic wasp, pests and natural enemies performed a different resistance effects.(2) After treating insects with Phenobarbital, their cytochrome P450 content increased, Plutella ,Bemisia tabaci,Verania discolor,Propylaea japonica, Scymnus frontalis,Coccinella transversalis and Pteromalus puparum achieve a significant level of difference, phenobarbital all showed induction to several pests and natural enemies, the induction effect changes with different types of insects and inducer concentration(3) Pests and natural enemies which were treated by oxidation of piperonyl butoxide, compared with the control group, content of cytochrome P450 were reduced, Plutella s,Bemisia tabaci,Verania discolor, Propylaea japonica, Scymnus frontalis Fabricius, Coccinella transversalis , Myzus persicae andLiriomyza sativae Blanchard was significant difference in the level of them, but the oxidation of piperonyl butoxide on the show inhibition in insect pests and natural enemies, the inhibitory effect have changed with different types of insects and different concentrations of inhibitors.(4) High temperature could significantly inhibit the content of cytochrome P450 of the pests and natural enemies , the inhibitory effect was changed with different types of insects and different processing time. (5) Cytochrome P450 content in vivo of the resistant strain diamondback moth was significantly higher than that of sensitive strains of diamondback moth, cytochrome P450 content of the larvae of diamondback moth was significantly higher than that of the adult, the difference was significant Obvious .
