In the actual design work, when to use scientific methods to make design, and the implementation process is often subject to various conditions, so we must amendment to the original planning and design program. Constraints in meeting these conditions, to achieve maximum economic benefits to the target, the preparation of the entire Forest or County, the city of tree species in the operational areas to choose the best solution, we call it " Reforestation under restrictive conditions in the planning and design issues".With the forestry information technology has been put on the agenda, and China's forestry information system of the building has a good start, gradually demonstrating the level of modernization of the forestry building and vigorously promoting the Forestry and increasing productivity. This article is for afforestation planning to conduct in-depth research, using intelligent computer algorithms reforestation planning optimization to optimal planning reforestation program, and ultimately realize objective optimal and cost-effectiveness of the best based on ensuring sustainable use of forest resources. Computer-based intelligent algorithm afforestation plan, able to overcome the human factors in determining the impact of afforestation plans, and take full advantage of the smart algorithm to the volume of reforestation planning static analysis and dynamic analysis, which has a great significance on adjusting the reality of forest unreasonable forest structure and the realization of permanent forest continued using.In this paper, analyzing the traditional shortcomings of afforestation planning issues, establishing the model of reforestation planning under the conditions, and strictly follow the software engineering methods, researching and developing the computer software systems based on Visual basic language ,and to make use of development based on IAGA bound algorithm reforestation planning system under the conditions of reforestation on the whole planning process simulation, and use automatic optimization and model techniques to simulate the process. Obtaining optimal reforestation planning, and ultimately realize a variety of restrictive conditions in the guarantee based on the optimal planning of reforestation.The experimental results show that: improved adaptive genetic algorithm in solving complex, large-scale reforestation under restrictive conditions when planning to show the superiority of some, such as high quality optimization, greatly expanded intelligent computing applications in forestry. |
