Allogyogenetics silver crucian carp was used in this test paper, Through the food balance of amino acids in the diet and added exogenous enzyme to reduce the emissions of nitrogen and phosphorus. Research was divided into two stages.Phase I: accordance with amino acid balance, prepared five different modes of food to feed allogyogenetics silver crucian carp. The first group was 32 percent protein diets of the amino acid imbalance, the second group was 32 percent protein diets of the amino acid balance, the third group was 32 percent protein diets of the dietary amino acid balance of enzyme, the forth group was 35 percent protein diet of amino acid imbalance, measured growth indicators, environmental indicators of water, blood biochemical parameters. The results showed that the amino acid balance and exogenous enzymes can improve allogyogenetics silver crucian carp,s rate of weight gain and specific growth rate, there were a significant reduction in nitrogen ,nitrogen excretion balance of payments in the ratio of nitrogen to increase the proportion of growth (P <0.05). nitroso shedding amount of nitrogen Amino acid imbalance group was significantly higher than that of amino acid balance group (P<0.05).Related biochemical indicators that amino acids balance can promote protein synthesis.Phase II: two-factor five-level design of the second orthogonal rotation, phosphorus level of 1.059 percent, respectively, 1.100%, 1.200%, 1.300%, 1.341%; phytase level 0,0.003%, respectively, 0.010%, 0.017%, 0.020%, the formation of nine different combinations, determination of the growth indicators, the degradation rate of phosphorus, total phosphorus emissions. The results showed that when the phosphorus content of 1.100 percent, Phytase content of 0.020 percent for the best performance when the production, weight gain rate of 26.28%, regression equation: Y = 25.14-0.99X1 +0.08X2-1.39X12 +0.34 X22-1.10X1X2 (R2 = 0.94 *) (Y that the rate of weight gain, X1 said phosphorus, X2 phytase expressed content). When the phosphorus content of 1.059%, phytase content of 0.010%, the lowest emissions of total phosphorus for 1.09mg/100g ? d, the regression equation: Y = 2.39-0.05X1 +0.17 X2-0.61X12-0.05X22 -0.16X1X2 (R2 = 0.91 *) When the phosphorus content of 1.200%, 0.010% phytase content to make the maximum degradation rate of 84.48%, the regression equation as follows: Y=82.95-1.82X1 +4.78X2-10.67X12-8.83X22-2.41X1X2 (R2=0.91*)...
