The research discusses the possibility of oxymatrine and chlorogenic acid as immunoenhancer. This research confirmed the using method and dosage of oxymatrine and chlorogenic acid primarily and provided certain theories foundation for the using in the fishery. This research has two parts totally, the first part studied the influence of oxymatrine and chlorogenic acid to several non-specific immunity factors of allogyogenetics silver crucian carp,to ascertain the most suitable dosage and the using time. Fish were fed diets containing 0 (control) ,25 mg/kg,50 mg/kg,100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg oxymatrine or chlorogenic acid and phlebotomized at 0,5,10,15,20,25 and 30 days to mensurate the number of leucocytes,NBT-positive cell ,the activity of lysozyme , phenoloxidase (PO), superoxide dismutase , alkaline phosphatase and the protein content of serum.To validate the conclusion of the first part,we calculated the Relative Percentage Survival of allogyogenetics silver crucian carp infected by Aeromonas hydrophila in the second part. the fish were fed diets containing 100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg oxymatrine or chlorogenic acid for 10 days,then were infected and fed 7 days to calculate death rate and Relative Percentage Survival.The results of feeding oxymatrine showed that oxymatrine have the positive effect on the non-specific immune factors, but the effective time was different. Thereinto, the number of leucocytes attained the tiptop2.59×106/mL at 15d in the experiment of 100 mg/kg. The number of leucocytes and NBT-positive cell attained the tiptop at 15d in the experiment of 100mg/kg. The activity of lysozyme attained the tiptop 11876U/mL at 10d in the experiment of 100 mg/kg increased 444.02%(P<0.01)than control. The activity of superoxide dismutase attained the tiptop(121.46 U/mL) at 10d in the experiment of 200 mg/kg increased 6.89%(P<0.05)than control. The activity of alkaline phosphatase attained the tiptop(11.94King's U/mL) at 5d in the experiment of 200 mg/kg increased 148.75%(P<0.01)than control. The protein content of serum attained the tiptop at 10d in the experiment of 100 mg/kg.The results of feeding chlorogenic acid showed that chlorogenic acid also have the positive effect on the non-specific immune factors, but the effective time was different. The activity of lysozyme and superoxide dismutase attained the tiptop 5734U/mL and 239.72U/mL at 10d in the experiment of 200 mg/kg increased 159.70% and 109.86%(P<0.01)than control, respectively. The number of leucocytes and NBT-positive cell attained the tiptop 1.94×106/mL and 75.50/mL at 25d in the experiment of 200 mg/kg increased 43.70% and 43.13%(P<0.01)than control, respectively.And the tiptop of activity of alkaline phosphatase appeared at 30d in the...
