Early pregnancy diagnosis on dairy cow is studed in-depth in Papers ; At the same time observing the rule of uterus and early embryonic development changes. this study was accordingly conducted in two sections:Part 1: Pregnancy Diagnosis of Dairy Cow Using B-mode Ultrasound126 dairy cows were checked in 20 to 60 days after insemination using B-mode ultrasound. The result showed that diagnostic accuracy rate was relatively low in the 20 to 22 and 23 to 25 days, namely 47.62 %, 76.19 %. Diagnostic accuracy rate was 90.48 %, diagnosis of pregnant accuracy rate was 100 % and diagnosis of non pregnant accuracy rate was 90.91 % in the 26 to 28 days. In the 29 to 31 days and 32 to 60 days, diagnostic accuracy rate was 100 %. So that the best time of early diagnosis using B-mode ultrasound of medium capability is 29 to 31 days. The effect of early pregnancy diagnosis using B-mode ultrasound in heifers was better than multiparous cows in the 20 to 28 days. At the same time, the paper also discussed the standards, attentive matters and misdiagnosis of the early diagnosis.Part 2: Uterus and early embryonic development changes using B-mode ultrasound on dairy cow30 mating cows were checked early embryos and uters using B-mode ultrasound, the results showed that oestrum genital maximum width and dioestrum minimum;pregnant cows embryonic have the slowest growth in the 20 to 29 days and speed up growth in the 30 to 50 days, early fetal have the fastest development in the 51 to 70 days and most organs forming and the fastest growth of bone; Early fetal gender identification best time using B-mode ultrasound is the 55 to 60 days. The width of the pregnant cows cervix have not significantly change in the 20 to 70 days and the average width of 21.57mm, the uterine horn of pregnancy side increased rapidly over time and the changes in the scope of 26.81±1.33mm to 92.50±2.39mm.
