The forest area of Ningbo Jiangbei District occupies more than 95% in total forest area of the Ningbo City which is the main forest resources there. However, Years of intense human activities and natural disasters, as well as the interference caused by plant diseases and insect pests, result in the lower overall quality of existing forests in Jiangbei District. Considering for the socio-economic structure and geographical location of Jiangbei District, the forest management of Jiangbei District must be based on eco-efficiency and other benefits of landscape ecological forest. To increase the overall efficiency of the forest, it is exigent of transforming the forest according to the science and technology.Through a detailed investigation of all forest resources in Jiangbei District, the area of the distribution of forest vegetation types and their main features of all area was mastered, investigating 30 temporary datas, and selecting a typical soil profile for soil analysis. According to the Geographic Information System (GIS), finally, it is able to grasp the characteristics of forest vegetation and succession law fully. On this basis, this article makes the last natural forest ecosystems as a reference model, builds a multi-functional and effective system as the overall goal of suburban forest vegetation transformation and proposes the concept of landscape vegetation transformation and rehabilitation measures. Then making people's needs and the corresponding block of landscape vegetation in the status quo as the second level factor, dividing the research place into four landscape project area and the project area foe a number of forest operations, which is a foresting practice unit.This project is started from the target communities, through the analysis of the characteristics of the vegetation area and the existing conditions of vegetation, determines the evergreen broad-leaved Lin mainly for Fagaceae as the main objective of the study area communities, such as Castanopsis sclerophylla, Cyclobalanopsis glauca, Lithocarpus glaber,. And then depending on the target species to carry out community planning, selecting Castanopsis sclerophylla, Cyclobalanopsis glauca, Ilex purpurea, Schima superba. This four kinds of plants as the main species for the study area, and other 15 kinds of plants as the backbone,such as Elaeocarpus sylvestris, Liquidambar formosana.Finally, these species can be used in the designing of specific transformation programs for the forest operations area.This study proposes the forest landscape rehabilitation programs for the purpose of effective and efficient operation in county-level administrative regions, while makes" respect for nature - explore the natural - to imitate the natural - the restoration of the natural - higher than the natural" as the concept of vegetation landscape transformation and "letter, nurture, make up, make" four-in-one measures as the forest transformation, in order to provide reference for the more effective management of sub-tropical forests and regional and large-scale forest vegetation transformation, and also hope to provide basis and ideas for the similar areas of the forest vegetation landscape transformation.
