| Immunoenhancer as a kind of material which reinforces immune response of organism can alone or at equal pace reacted with antigen,can reinforce nonspecific immunity, thereby reinforce anti-disease competence of fishs. The nonspectific immunity of fishs effected by many kinds of facter,the application of immunoenhancer on fisher is significance which can elevate the health level and reinforce the geneogenous resistance.the research of fish immunology is the foundation of prevention and cure disease and the application of immune technology on fish farming.The experiment employ histology and biochemistry and immunology to study and research the form of blood cell, the blood physiology and biochemistry and the lysozyme activity in blood and organism and other correlation factor of immunology. also, the effect of temperature change is studied. The effect of immunoenhancer to immune is study,thus provide rationale and evidence to the study and research of immunoenhancer.Feeded with prescription five and prescription four increase the weight of Amur sturgeon, growth rate increase to 31.29 percent and 23.66 percent, the difference was significant (P<0.05).As the assistant of light microscope,Reticulocyte and Erythrocyte which are splitting were be found in blood. There were four kinds of leukocytes in blood of Amur sturgeon:lymphocyte, thrombocyte, granulocyte and monocyte.The result of physiology and biochemistry detection showed that prescription two can raise the protein level of Amur sturgeon in blood plasma remarkably(P<0.05),step up of temperature can increase AKP level in blood plasma,the activity of ALT and AST and LDH are increased by feeded with angelica root and sweet root and tuckahoe,the difference was significant(P<0.05). The metabolism level were increased by feeded with milkvetch root and prescription three and prescription five were increased, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Lysozyme content in serum and other tissues of 1 years old Amur sturgeon increasing range varied in different tissues. We analyzed distribution of lysozyme in serum and several tissues of Amur sturgeon and the results showed that lysozyme content in bowels was the highest in the tissues assayed in the test while lysozyme in pyloric caecum, and liver show high level in the test and that in serum and stomach and bowels were in lower level compared with the other tissues. Temperature have no significant influence to lysozyme level. milkvetch root and heartleaf houttuynia herb increaed the level of lysozyme in blood plasma and other tissues(P<0.05). Also, prescription one and prescription two and prescription three increaed the level of lysozyme in blood plasma and other tissues, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The detection result of NO level and NOS level showed that prescription five and angelica root and milkvetch root and tuckahoe depesssed the NO level, the difference was significant(P<0.05), heartleaf houttuynia herb and milkvetch root and sweet root can significantly depressed the level of NO in liver(P<0.05), cyrtomii rhizoma and prescription four and heartleaf houttuynia herb can increase the level in blood plasma, prescription two increased the lever of NOS activity in blood plasma and liver(P<0.05).All the prescription depressed the lever of MDA, milkvetch root and sweet root and prescription one and prescription three show obviously, the difference was significant (P<0.05). But, the influence to MDA level in liver shows no significant(P>0.05)From above, temperature change was important to influence the immune function of Amur sturgeon, prescription four and prescription five encouraged the growth of Amur sturgeon, milkvetch root and sweet root and prescription two showed the function of increase organism immunity obviously. |
