The experimental animals is Rex Rabbit, Rex Rabbit were fed sodium fluoride according to their bodyweight for 7days. The experimental animal models were established, which were divided low-dose, medium dose, high doses of fluoride poisoning. Using clinical observations, Giemsa staining of red blood cell, detected the physiological indicators of blood ,serum enzymes, serum biochemical indicators and observed the changes of major organs. More discussion the changes of physiological functions and organs, as well as the mechanism of fluorosis. The results indicated as follows:1. There was no obvious symptoms of Rex Rabbits of low-dose group in 8 days .In the 9th day they were gloomy; Rex of high-dose and middle dose group fluorosis appeared cold ears, loss of appetite, weakness in the 6th day. Rex of high-dose group fluorosis were frequent urination, slow response, lying in the 8th day2. The number of WBC of each dose group Rex fluorosis showed a significant reduction (P<0.05); erythrocyte fragility was significantly increased (P <0.05); hemoglobin and red blood cell volume were decreased; the shape of red blood cell was abnormal.3. The Rex Rabbit serum AKP of all dose was a significant reduction. GOT and GPT were significantly higher than the control group. Serum Ca was significantly lower than the control group. serum P was increased differently. Serum total protein and serum glucose were a significant reduction.4. The liver of Rex Rabbit fluorosis had bleeding point; The lung had leeding point, the kidney were enlarged, They appeared fibrinous pericarditis .HE staining was observed ;livers were serious damaged, a large number of liver cells were granular degeneration, vacuolar degeneration, nuclear pyknosis, severe liver cell were mortifid and disappeared, minor glomerular hyperemia, renal tubular epithelial cell degeneration, such as blisters, high dose group of lung alveolar integration, increased alveolar space.Conclusion 1. Excess fluoride made the number of red cell and leukocytes significantly reduced, the tolerance of red blood cells was reduced, hemoglobin and red blood cell volume were also reduced, in short, the amount and quality of red blood cells were cut down, the shape of red cell was abnormal. These results proved that the transport function of blood was decreased,the body defense function and environment was damaged2. The excessive amount of fluoride made AKP, Ca, P, serum total protein, serum glucose were significantly decreased, osteoblasts were inhibited in a short period, the metabolism of Ca, P was irregular, synthesis of protein, glucose were affected. The level of GOT and GPT were significantly increased, these results showed the liver and heart was very damaged.3. The damage of liver were serious on histopathological observation, the liver of high-dose group showed serious congestion, the nucleus of liver cell were shrinkage or disappearance, it was also serious damage of kidney, the damage of lung was not serious.
