The sow is this research object, aiming to explore the effects of different environmental temperatures on the growth performance, physiological and biochemical, feeding environment, daily behavior and reproductive performance of the sow.For future research, the establishment of comfortable sow environmental parameters and comprehensive evaluation indicators provide a reference basis for scientific and effective regulation of the warm environment in the sow house.54long-term×white Yorkshire?L×Y?binary gilts weighing 150 days and weighing?80.39±2.00?kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 experimental treatment groups, each treatment was repeated 6 times, each repeat 3 times.Three ambient temperatures of 22°C,26°C and 30°C were set.The test period was 100 days, with the first 70 days as the temperature treatment period and the last 30 days as the natural temperature treatment period?regular ventilation and natural temperature regulation?.During the test, the pig's growth performance, physiological and biochemical index changes, estrus rate and house environmental parameters were measured. The results show:1)Three differeent ambient temperature has no significant effect on the backfat and average daily weight gain of gilts?P>0.05?.2)With the increase of the ambient temperature, the body surface temperature and respiration rate of the gilts increased significantly?P<0.05?,but there was no significant difference in the rectal temperature?P>0.05?.3)Ambient temperature has a significant effect on anti-oxidant immune indexes, stress and endocrine hormone levels in the blood?P<0.05?.Among them, the 26?treatment group significantly increased the serum SOD and GSH-PX concentrations?P<0.01?,but significantly reduced the MDA concentration?P<0.01?.During the test temperature treatment, the 26?treatment group significantly reduced the content of CORT and HSP70 in the serum?P<0.05?;the serum PROG content was significantly higher than the 22?treatment group and its E2 content was significantly higher than the 30?treatment group?P<0.05?.However,during the estrus period of gilts, the 26?treatment group significantly reduced the serum CORT content?P<0.05?and the serum LH content was significantly higher than the 30?treatment group?P<0.05?,but with 22?treatment There was no significant difference between the groups?P>0.05?;the PROG content of the 30?treatment group was significantly higher than the 22?treatment group and the serum E2 content was significantly higher than the 26?treatment group?P<0.05?4)The NH3 concentration,CO2 concentration,TSP concentration and airborne microbial content in the pig house in the 22°C treatment group were the highest and the TSP concentration in the house was significantly higher than the 30°C treatment group?P<0.05?;the 22°C treatment group, the total number of Staphylococcus aureus colonies in the pig room of the 26?treatment group was significantly higher than that of the 30?treatment group?P<0.05?,but the difference between the 22?treatment group and the 26?treatment group was not significant?P>0.05?.The total number of E.coli colonies in the pig house in the 26?treatment group was significantly higher than that in the 30?treatment group?P<0.05?,but there was no significant difference from the 22?treatment group?P>0.05?.5)Ambient temperature has a significant effect on the first estrus age, first estrus weight and mating day age of gilts?P<0.05?,especially when the ambient temperature is 30?,it will significantly delay its first estrus age?P<0.05?.Among them, the estrus rate in the 26°C treatment group was significantly higher than that in the 30°C treatment group?P<0.01?;the 26°C treatment group had a significantly lower age of onset and body weight than the 30°C treatment group?P<0.05?;the mating days of the 26?treatment group and the 30?treatment group were significantly earlier than the 22?treatment group?P<0.05?.6)Correlation analysis between temperature and various parameters of gilt sows found that the ambient temperature had a very significant positive correlation with physiology indicators of gilts and its estradiol content in serum?P<0.01?;and gilts Serum progesterone content was significantly correlated?P<0.05?;was significantly negatively correlated with NH3 concentration,CO2 concentration and Staphylococcus aureus content?P<0.05?;was significantly negatively correlated with TSP concentration in the house?P<0.01?;there is a very significant negative correlation with the gilt mating day?P<0.01?.
