Preparation Of The Fermentation Broth Of Three Kinds Of Beneficial Microorganism And Its Application Research On Pepper Seedling Raising

This experiment reserched the mixed fermentation of three kinds of beneficial microorganism (the Actinomycetes, PSB and Yeasts), and selected the best initial additive proportion which could make them best symbiosis, and studied the effects on growth of seed and seedling of pepper.The study of the initial additive proportion of different strains in mixed fermentation showed that treatment 8 is the best of the total microbial contents and the symbiosis of every strains, the viable bacteria counts of Actinomycetes = 5.54×108cfu/ml,the viable bacteri counts of PSB =25.11×108cfu/ml, and the viable bacteria counts of Yeasts =27.48×108cfu/ml. The orthogonal experiment analysis of the different strains fermentation broth addition showed that the main influencing factors of the viable bacteria counts of Actinomycetes and PSB is the initial additive proportion of them.The pH of the mixed fermentation decrease rapidly at the earlier fermentation because of the fast growth rate of Yeasts and the growthing velocity decreases at low temperature but it go against growth of Actinomycetes and PSB in acid environment which the pH of the mixed fermentation decreased sufficiently small. The viable bacteria counts of PSB increases to maximum value at middle stage during low temperature storage with the viable bacteria counts of Actinomycetes decreaseing sharply. The detection showed that the growth of strains is not stopping and PSB and Yeasts promote the amount of bacteria each other during storage. The retention period should be stipulated temporarily to be 120d with the detecting at fixed period. The germination rate, radical and hypocotyl length, germination energy and index presents an increase trend with the dilution concentration increasing, and fermentation broth B diluted 50 times is the most excellent of all the treatments. The effect of fermentation broth A and C stock solution and A diluted 10 and 50 times on germination rate , the radical length of seedings which treated by fermentation broth A, B and C stock solution, and the hypocotyl length of seedling treated by fermentation broth B stock solution are poorer than CK. The effect of fermentation broth B diluted 50 and 100 times and C diluted 100 times on germination energy and germination index are better than CK.Study on irragation fermentation broth in plug-seedling of pepper substrate demonstrates that the styles indexes of plant height, stem diameter, the average highest root length and root volume of pepper seedlings, treated by fermentation broth B diluted 50 times, are the most excellent of the four treatments, and the fermentation broth B diluted 150 times is not obviously different with the contrast. The effect of different concentration of fermentation broth B on aboveground fresh and dry biomass, underground fresh and dry biomass is similar with the effect on physiological indexes. The conclusion showed that the lower concentration of fermentation broth, the smaller soluble sugar content, and the pepper treated by fermentation broth B diluted 10 times has the best effect, the fermentation broth B diluted 150 times is lower than the contrast. The root vitality is increased by each concentration of fermentation broth,and the pepper seedlings treated by fermentation broth B diluted 50 times, are the most excellent of the four treatments, and the fermentation broth B diluted 150 times is not obviously different with the contrast.The inhibition of different concentration of mixed fermentation broth on the pepper phytophthora blight showed that the inhibition effect is not obvious and the morbidity was 87% when the fermentation broth B diluted 150 times as bottom water in pepper seedling raising. The inhibition effect is the most execellent of all treatments when the plug-seedling of pepper substrate was treated by the fermentation broth B diluted 10 times, and the morbidity was only 52%. The morbidity was about 80% when the fermentation broth B diluted 10 times as topdressing, and the inhibition effect is not obvious when the fermentation broth B diluted more than 50 times.
