The soil is an important agricultural resource; the fertilizer is the material basis for the development of agriculture. The impact of fertilizer schedule is a key factor in the effects of fertilization. Therefore, we demands better and better quantity of fertilizer schedule for the developing agriculture .The performance schedule as a fertilizer application affects the mechanical properties of the important indicators of the quality of work, the importance to the performance of fertilizer row a direct impact on the reliability of mechanical fertilization, stable fertilizer uniformity, durability and other performance indicators. As a result, the performance schedules of fertilizer application plays a essential role on mechanical fertilization.In order to achieve better precision fertilizer application, though the subject we completed the design of a multi-row fertilizer smart performance test-bed, the test-bed design, including the control of the main part of the design and mechanical design, this paper is the completion of the mechanical parts . The design of mechanical parts, includes the implementation of the main chassis design, the transmission part selection, the part selection and the design movement's, the fertilizer box design, the testing some of Selection, as well as the scheduling of Automatic Control Design fertilizer.After the test-bed design is determined, we expatiated on the assortment of Fertilizer scheduling device and the performance testing indicators; and analysis the design principles and institutions of the mechanical parts of test-bed . The flow sensors, torque sensors, weight sensors, servo motors, stepper motor were selected and its control principles and characteristics were told; firstly we selected sensors, servo motors and stepper motors with the testing indicators, then chose the transmission format and determine the design size. After the verification on the design Size, we made a three-dimensional model virtual design in accordance with the determined size and programs, then demonstrated the established design, modified, optimized and completed the virtual design. Finally generated, regulated and organized two-dimensional drawings. The main research results are as follows:(1)Summarized Performance evaluation index about fertilizer on the basis of all the pioneering research results of fertilizer to provide theoretical basis and parameters for fertilizer design.(2)Carried out a detailed theoretical calculation of the design parameters to meet a variety of theoretical requirements according to the evaluation fertilizer requirements of fertilizer.(3)Compared with the existed planting test-bed in our laboratory, three kinds of programs were confirmed. After demonstrated, summed up all suggestions to improve, finally established the design.(4) Designed the equipment virtually, and optimized it. Draw three-dimensional drawings of its accessories and assembled, then optimized the institution, finally formed a complete, standardized production of design drawings.(5) At last, designed a new cam-bunch planting type fertilizer device for the tobacco cultivation. The design had simple structure and reliable transmission which can meet the agronomic requirements of bunch planting fertilization.
