| Muyan scenic area, located in Nanjing city, have a lot of natural and historical scenes. It has unique resources and location advantages. However, most existing researches focus on plant flora and pattern of vegetation restoration in this area .Few of them are concerned with the evaluation of landscape resources and the subsequent operation .So ,this paper attempts to give some guidances and recommendations for the utilization and operation through the research of numerous study on Muyan Scenic Area and relevant disciplines.This paper composed of the following aspects:(1)A pplies the AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive method to evaluate the Muyan scenic area. First is the Synthesis Evaluation, then an in-depth analysis is used to 11 tourists points respectively.From the aspects of viewing conditions, environmental conditions and development conditions,These Evaluations make us know more about It,s advantages in resources both in the natural landscape and human landscape.(2)Applies SWOT Analysis Method to learn more about the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats analysis of Muyan Scenic Area .(3)Employ the theories and models of Urban management,of Tourism Science ,of Urban planning,of Landscape Architecture ,combined with the success of domestic and foreign-related case study to give some advices on the operating funds,the management concept,the tourism development strategy and the sustainable development of Muyan Scenic Area .
