In this study,we choose two kinds of wheats as materials,one of which is a special kind of winter wheats,Dongnongdongmail,which can go through the chilling winter successfully in Heilongjiang province,and the other is a common winter wheat,Jimai 22,which can spread in Shandong province widely but fail in Heilongjiang.Collect materials in the natural conditions,5℃, 0℃,10℃,-20℃,-25℃,and then extract the total proteins and non-plastid proteins respectively.We talk about the mechanism of cold resistance through the observation of the proteins' effect to formation of ice crystals.In this study,we get the following results mainly:1.Apprently the capability of cold resistance of Dongnong-1 is far stronger than Jimai22. Because of the quick reaction to cold environment,the cold resistance proteins accumulated in the early time to protect the tissues of plant from wound by low tempreture.2.SDS-PAGE of apoplastic proteins of Dongnongdongmai 1 shows that these two kinds of wheats have different capabilities of cold resistance mainly because of the different expression of 26kD protein.While the analysis of total soluble protein shows that the production of 100kD,87kD,14kD protein should be paid attention to their increase,missing,the changement of concentration as well as their coordination.These so many aspects maybe have a very important effect to enhance the ability of cold resistance.3.The affections of different temperatures to tillering nodes,which plays a critical role in cold resistance,show very large.Roots also exist the differences of cold resistance proteins,which have some important functions.But there are many differences in leaves,which is not the main part of producing the cold resistance proteins.4.Based on the comparison of capability of suppression to ice crystals' formation,Dongnongl shows stronger than Jimai22.
