Dogs are polyembryony animals, but the dogs are different from other animals in reproduction and physiology. The oestrous cycle of dog is equivalent to ten times in general livestock, at the same time, there exist a number of adult female reproductive problems, which cannot procreate normally. therefore, the reproduction rate of dog is lower than that of other livestock, which is difficult to satisfy people's needs for some strain dog.Synchronization of estrus, using exogenous hormones, estrus bioactive substances,the environment changes, or stimulation of heterosexual animals, can make a flock of animals that are unrutin rut relatively concentrated. It is important to scale cultivation.Currently, the technology of inducting synchronization of estrus using exogenous hormones has achieved very good effects in big domestic animals, but it has not gotten good effects in dog due to the particularity of the reproductive and physiology of dogs. Scholars had gotten some achievement in induced estrus using exogenous hormones in dogs, but in synchronization of estrus rate is very limited. Thus induced synchronization of estrus using exogenous hormones in unestrus dogs has great practical importance and scientific research value. In this experiment, Mirrored the technology of inducting synchronization of estrus using exogenous hormones in big domestic animals ,combined with the particularity of dog in the reproduction and physiology and different role of exogenous hormones in induced estrus, we explore a practical method that can improve synchronization of estrus rate in dogs.This test selected hybrid dogs that was 1~2 years old, divided into two hormone treatment group and a control group. two treatment groups inject differently progesterone and chlorine forefront enolate, then muscular inject estradiol. control group does not take any treatment.Experiment with vaginal smear, observation, the appearance of the uterus, ovarian sample collection and observation, and serum levels of the hormone release from a series of methods for determination of identification, and statistical estrus cycle with all the trial period estrus rate.Results show that: after hormone treatmen two hormone treatment groupt oestrus apparent obviously, vagina, uterine and ovary had apparente change in morphological. effects of vaginal cytologic examination were obvious .change of hormone levels in serum of test dogs were apparent . Effect of oestrus wre significant.the oestrus rate was 100%, and the synchronization rate is higher. While the dogs except one natural oestrus in control group, other dogs are no oestrus.The oestrus rate and synchronize oestrus rate of two hormone treatment group were higher than those of control group.the time of oestrus symptom appearance of Cloprostenol group was later than progesterone group, and the synchronize oestrus rate was low,and the stress reaction was comparatively large.
