As the production of Hu sheep gradually becomes intensive and industrialized,optimizing a method of estrus synchronization with the promotion value and promoting the development of Hu sheep Industry has become an urgent technical issue.In this experiment,80 Hu sheep were randomly divided into 4 groups by different treatment methods,including test group 1(9 days treatment):progesterone vaginal suppository(CIDR)+PGF2?+PMSG;test group 2(14 days treatment):Progesterone vaginal suppository(CIDR)+PMSG;Test group 3(gonadotropin-releasing hormnone method):GnRH+PGF2? and control group(one estrus cycle).The results showed:In the estrus rate,the Hu sheep in the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the test groups 1,2,and 3 were estrus at 23 h,30 h,and 31 h after treatment,and the estrus duration was 49 h,42.5 h,and 42 h,respectively.They were 80.00%?85.00%?and 90.00%,respectively,and the control group was 75.00%.This experiment adopts the method of two times of insemination,Insult once during estrus,and the second time of insemination after 8?12h during estrus.The rates of estrus return in the experimental group 1,2 and 3 were 18.75%,5.88%and 11.11%respectively,and those in the control group were 13.33%.B-ultrasound was performed 28 days after breeding.The fertility rates of the test group 1,2,and 3 were 56.25%,70.59%,and 72.22%,respectively,and that of the control group was 80.00%.The gestation period of the test group 1,2,and 3 was 145.7 days,144.4 days,and 146.3 days,respectively,and the control group was 147.2 days.The lambing rates of the test group 1,2,and 3 were 244.44%,258.33%,and 211.67%,respectively,and the blank control group was 237.0%.The estrous cycle of Huyang is 13?20 days,and the estrus is about 78.57%concentrated in 15?18 days.The return time should be from the 12th day after the second insemination of Hu sheep to the end of 21 days.CIDR+PMSG(14 days treatment)is the method selected for this experiment in the estrus synchronization of Hu sheep.In this study,enzyme-linked immunoassay(elisa)was used to determine the dynamic changes of plasma levels of E2,LH,FSH and P4 in the treatment group and the estrus cycle group.The results showed that there were two peaks of plasma E2 in the estrus cycle,one at day 6 and the other at day 14.The second peak was approximately parallel to the peak of LH,and the peak of E2 was 1?2 days earlier than that of LH.FSH peak appeared on the 5th and 16th day of estrus cycle,which was consistent with the change trend of E2.In the whole oestrus cycle LH has two peaks on the 9th and 16th day,while P4 level rises rapidly on the 5th to 9th day of the oestrus cycle,reaches its peak on the 9th day,and then slowly declines.During the treatment of CIDR group,E2 level in the plasma of hu sheep showed a peak on the 9th and 15th day of the treatment period respectively,and the peak of E2 was higher on the 15th day,and then decreased.LH showed two peaks on the 7th and 15th day of treatment,and the second peak was lower.FSH peaked on the 8th day of treatment,and FSH level gradually increased after thrombolysis was removed.The level of P4 increased slowly,and the peak increased rapidly on the 8th to 11th day.After reaching the peak at 14 days,it decreased after the withdrawal.The P4 level increased in the 0?24 h after intramuscular injection of PMSG in Hu sheep,followed by 24 h decline.
