The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effect of different fermentation time on the quality of fermented feed, and to study the effect of different probiotic fermented feeds on improving piglet performance, nutrient apparent digestibility, and blood biochemical indicators, and thus for the production of fermented feed on piglets. The application provides a theoretical basis.Test I:Fermentation feeds were prepared using solid probiotic fermentation with probiotics.Fermentation liquid inoculation was 1%,fermentation water was 40%,fermentation temperature was 30-35°C,and fermentation time was 3-7 days. The number of lactic acid bacteria,Bacillus subtilis, yeast viable cells and pH value were measured on the first,third,fifth,seventh,fourth,21st and 28th days of feed fermentation. And on the 35th day of the feed fermentation, the number of live bacteria before and after pelleting and mold were examined.Test II:192 weaned piglets of 21-day-old piglets with good health status and close weight were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 4 replicates in each treatment group, each with 12 replicates. The control group D was fed the basal diet of piglets(without antibiotics),and the experimental groups A,B,and C were fed basal diets supplemented with5%fermented feeds A,B,and C,respectively. The trial period is 3 days and the trial period is 14 days. The fasting pigs were weighed on each column at 8:00 AM on the first and 14th days of the experiment, and the total feed intake and incidence of piglets per pen was recorded.Fresh feces were collected continuously for 3 days before the end of the test and the apparent digestibility of nutrients such as dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),crude fiber(CF),calcium, and phosphorus was measured. At the end of the trial, blood was collected from the anterior vena cava of medium-weight piglets from each replicate to detect serum biochemical indicators.Test results show:1.On the third day of fermentation, the growth of lactic acid bacteria in the feed reached a peak of 2.70*10~9 cfu/g,3.80*10~9 cfu/g,and 8.20*10~8 cfu/g,respectively.Yeast growth also peaked at 2.30*10~9 cfu/g,3.70*10~9 cfu/g,and 1.06*10~9 cfu/g,respectively.On the fifth day of fermentation, the growth of B.subtilis in the feed peaked at 5.30*10~7 cfu/g,6.45*10~7 cfu/g and 1.33*10~7 cfu/g,respectively.The pH value of feed showed a significant decrease trend in the early stage of fermentation, and it decreased to about 4.5 on the fifth day of fermentation, and tended to be stable. After Bacillus subtilis was tested, the mortality rate of fermented feed A was 59%,that of fermented feed B was 58.6%,and that of fermented feed C was 25.5%.On yeasts detected after granulation, the mortality rate of fermented feed B was 56.6%,and that of fermented feed C was 82.8%.2.In terms of growth performance, the average daily feed intake of the test group increased, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the average daily weight gain of the test group was higher than that of the control group D,and the test group A was significantly higher than the test B,In group C and control D(P<0.05),both groups B and C were significantly higher than the control D group(P<0.05);the feed-to-weight ratio of the test group was reduced, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In terms of apparent digestibility, the apparent digestibility of dry matter, calcium, and phosphorus in the test group increased slightly, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the apparent digestibility of crude protein and crude fiber in the test group increased significantly(P<0.05).In terms of serum biochemical indicators, serum total protein in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05);serum albumin, alkaline phosphatase, and immunoglobulin G in the experimental group all increased, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);Serum urea nitrogen decreased, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In summary, the pH and viable bacteria content are optimal in the 4-5 days of fermentation;three kinds of probiotic fermentation feeds can promote the growth and development of weaned piglets, and improve the digestibility and immunity of nutrients of piglets.
