The small peptide is the intermediate degenerated by animal from protein to amino acid, is animal's important nutrition. It can be absorbed by animal's stomach and intestine completely, can be directly used with the physiological function,Including the role of hormones, immune regulation, anti-bacterial, anti-stress, calm anti-tumor effects.Choose100 healthy and weaning rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups by weight (891.42±23.68g). The rex rabbits were fed with basal diet, basal diet+0.25% mini-peptides (MP),basal diet+0.50%MP,basal diet+0.75%MP,basal diet +1.00% MP respectively for 30 days. Determination the growth performance, the immune system,Erythrocyte immune function, the value of caecum inter circumstance parameter and the enzyme activities of duodenum in Rabbit。The results were listed below: Compared with the control, the average daily gain(ADG)of diet B was increased by 24.16 % (p﹤0.05), the average daily feed intake(ADFI) was decreased significantly (p﹤0.05), and the Feed :Body Weight (F/G) was decreased by 25.19 % (p﹤0.05). After supplementing MP in the diets, the spleen indices and the inguinal glands had no significant change(p﹥0.05), thymus indices and mandible lymph gland were significantly higher than that of the control(p﹤0.05).In conclusion: The small peptide can promote the protein precipitation, improve slaughter performance;promote the development of immune organs, improve the function on the Erythrocyte immune; Can be changed to a certain extent on cecal fermentation model;Effects of mini-peptides on the enzyme activities of duodenum does not significantly affect the quality.Small peptide can enhance the performance of Rex growth performance and immune.it is the best effect to Add 0.5% small peptide.
