This research centered on the effects of plant mini-peptides on performance and mechanism of weaned piglets(PIC five-cross breed weaned piglets). It was systematically studied by the feeding test and comparative slaughtering test, and the determination of serum biochemical indices, intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activity. In the study, the control group diets, and 2%spray-dried plasma protein (SDPP), 2%plant mini-peptides and 4% plant mini-peptides in the sucking period diets respectively were added. The test piglers at the 21±2th day of age were weaned and its foundation, with the 25±2th day of age, to choose 75 heads in each groups, were allotted into 3 replicates, the experimental to used the same feeds.The results showed:Research of plant mini-peptides added in the sucking period on performance of weaned piglets. The results showed that, the ADG was increased in the groupⅡ(P >0.05), groupⅢ(P >0.05), groupⅣ(P <0.05). The F:G on whole range was increased in groupⅡ(P >0.05), and was reduced in groupⅢ(P >0.05)and groupⅣ(P >0.05). The diarrhea rate was reduced in groupⅡ(P >0.05), groupⅢ(P >0.05), groupⅣ(P <0.05) compared with control group. After employment 4.0% plant mini-peptides in diet , the ADG was increased (P >0.05)and reduced diarrhea rate(P <0.05) compared with the groupⅡ.Research of plant mini-peptides added in the sucking period on serum biochemical indices and immune performances of weaned piglets. The results showed that plant mini-peptides had no significant improvement on the concentration of IgA and IgM, and 4%plant mini-peptides added in diets had significant improvement on concentration of serum IgG(P <0.05)compared with control group. After employment 4.0% plant mini-peptides in diet, the BS(P <0.05), the STP was increased(P >0.05)and the SUN was decreased(P <0.05)compared with the groupⅡ. Research of plant mini-peptides added in the sucking period on intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activity of weaned piglets. The results showed that, after employment 4.0% plant mini-peptides in diet, the VH(P >0.05)and the VH/CD was increased(P <0.05), the CD was reduced on duodenum, jejunum and ileum in 4% plant mini-peptides groups(P <0.05). And the activity of PPS in pancreas (P < 0.05), LPS and AMS in duodenum(P <0.05), PPS and AMS in jejunum was elevated(P >0.05)compared with control group.Research of plant mini-peptides added in the sucking period on intestinal flora and enteron pH of weaned piglets. The results showed that the plant mini-peptides added in diets could reduced the multiplication of Escherichia coli (E.coli) and salmonella, and increase the amount of lactobacillus in intestinal compared with control group. After plant mini-peptides was added in diets, have a trend of improving enteron pH of stomach, duodenum, ileum and caecum.After employment plant mini-peptides could improve the development of small intestinal. The villus heights of intestinal were longer and the crypt depths were lower of weaned piglets, the growth performance and nutrition metabolism was improved. This tendency became more evident when the adding rate of plant mini-peptides was elevated.
